Our meals were very delicious......the place was immaculate....had the waitress to ourselves.....knew her stuff & answered any questions.....very pleasant.....thought it would look more rustic.....all pros.... Only one negative: very limited menus......in the fall,wood stone pizza would have been great I would recommend to others Enjoyed our lunch on that day Thank you

Way less than expected. The bread was not fresh and then they ran out of it. They were out of pizza and the smoked ribs and chicken were dry. It was a terrible letdown. The ambiance was nothing special. All in all, it wasn’t worth it.

Go for the outdoor seating and view of the grounds while you sip a glass of wine but the food was disappointing.

We had a party of 10. We had a wonderful time! Food was great. Our table outside was perfect and the offer of private tasting outside per Charlie was so very nice. I felt horrible I had to bother them when they got so busy for the "red portion of the tasting" as they were so accommodating...but, we wanted to order bottles of wine for the table and we had some red wine drinkers who hadn't tried those wines yet. So, for that- I did feel bad! Thank to all for being so great. We all had a wonderful visit.

This was our second visit after many years, it was not changed much from our first dining occasion. The food was good - excellent salad plentiful, main course a little larger than tapas size, the dessert full size and delicious. Good speciality cocktail. We had to request bread. No visible signs of wine tasting. Off the beaten path.

We have been going to this winery for over 20 years. We were so happy to see that the restaurant re-opened as it's such a special place to us. The food is incredible. However, this time (ONLY THIS TIME) the service was just awful. She was a really nice person...but not a good waitress. We received our bottle of wine and waited and waited for our charcuterie. We had been here in July and knew this was offered. We then had to ask for it and she said: "oh, I thought you wanted it with your entrees" WHAT!!!!????? is what my husband and I said out loud after she left to get it for us. We then had to ask for menus for our party of 4. Thank goodness we were with family members and not new friends that haven't been to this place before....as these family members KNOW how good this place CAN be. Again, the food- incredible. Too bad on the service. As I said: nice person...but needs to be trained again. Also disappointed when we ordered coffee- we were told the coffee maker was broken....not the best visit as you can tell.

Food is excellent. Menu changes periodically. Start with their wine tasting and then buy a bottle to have with lunch. If weather permits, eat on the terrace or lawn. Beautiful scenery. Peaceful. Highly recommend it.

Since we live in the Hudson Valley, this was not our first visit to the winery; however, it was our first visit to the restaurant as we previously just attended wine tastings. While checking out restaurants with GF options on Open Table, the winery's restaurant popped up. All we can say is WONDERFUL! Frank's Steak Fritte with a red wine reduction and my Diver Scallops with a lemon Beurre Blanc, were both perfectly prepared and served with roasted vegetables (asparagus and shitake mushrooms) and a potato pancake which was GF. We also enjoyed our appetizer of smoked salmon and crème fraiche which was paired with their Summertide white wine. Purchased a couple of bottles before leaving. Our server Theresa was great and Deanna, the chef, came out to ensure Frank enjoyed his GF meal. Cascade Mt Winery is about 40 mins from our home but it was a lovely ride on a beautiful day and definitely worth the trip.

We went with a group of 6. We all loved it. The wines were delicious as was all of the cheeses, lunch and desserts. Will definitely come back.

We got there just before Sunday afternoon closing time and they accommodated us with no problem. We are not rushed and our waitress was very attentive to our needs. A very casual and relaxing time.

Went Sunday for wine tasting which was fine considering there is no vineyard at the location. Not sure how the can call it a winery when they have no grapes. Anyway had lunch, portions very small everything ala carte and expensive. Food was prepared ok but portions absolutely tiny for the exorbitant price. Will not be returning anytime soon.
