   Fantastic!! Best steak I’ve ever tasted. Great service and atmosphere. We were short on time because of a show reservation but the staff came through to complete the dining experience just in time.

   We had eaten here on another visit several years ago. We took customers on this trip before going to a show. The server was arrogant and unfriendly. The salads and the wine were the only good items. The steak was cold and this after we were told over and over to order bc it takes 25-30 minutes for them to prepare with their special cooking process. We waited 50 minutes and it was cold and tasted of freezer burn. Because we were with customers we did not complain. Terrible experience and we spend just under $1000.

    A friend recommended Cut and we really enjoyed it! The staff was very, very welcoming, and when I asked for a different table, I was accommodated! Win! There is a person who comes around with a bar cart offering to make Manhattans tableside! Yes, said my husband! The food was delicious, and the wines by the glass were very nice. We were a bit rushed to get to the Adele concert, so we couldn't stay as long as we'd have liked, but I can't say enough for how professional and welcoming the entire staff was. I highly recommend going for a delicious steak dinner! Everything was perfection!

    This is one of our favorite restaurants. We come here everytime we're in town which is once or twice a month. The food and service is top notch. Our favorite is the oysters with caviar and uni on top. 😋

    We arrived at 9:10pm for our reservation at 9:15pm. Since we were a few minutes early, we expected to wait a few minutes for our table so we went to the bar for a cocktail. I had no intention to sit at the bar, but rather take my drink to our table when seated. When I pulled up to the bar, one of the bartenders said “You can’t sit there.” I said “I’m not planning to sit. I would just like a drink before dinner. Where may I order?” He pointed me down the bar where there were more empty seats so I walked 5 feet down the bar and waited for 5 minutes for him to take my order. However, he never took my order because I became impatient and went back to the waiting area. We were not taken to our table until 9:35pm and had to stand by the table and wait for the table to be cleaned and set. We waited another 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order and another 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Appetizers came out fast - the sashimi was fishy and was taken off our bill. Our steaks arrived hot and fresh but no sides. We completely finished our steaks before the sides came out; they were taken off the bill as well. Last, we were celebrating two birthdays. No one ever wished our guests a happy birthday - so why ask us if we’re celebrating anything when making a reservation?? Cut used to be one of our go to restaurants while in Vegas. We’ve been loyal for well over a decade but we’ve experienced too many disappointments in recent years to give them another try.

    I have been to Cut several times and the food is always outstanding. The space is very nice. In the past the service was excellent. However this time around I was really disappointed. The prices were raised dramatically and frankly for the price the service was terrible. We got seated almost 25 minutes after our reservation time and it took the server a solid 15 minutes before they appeared to take our order. Food was outstanding, but either lower your prices or get the staff to operate at a better level. Btw, this was a Tuesday night

    Disappointing! I’ve been coming to Vegas for 15 years and enjoyed many wonderful celebrity chef dining experiences. Happy to pay for service, ambience and flavor. I felt regret as I signed my bill. Service was 4 out of 5. As soon as we sat down, we received excellent attention by 2 waitstaff working in tandem. It would’ve been a 5 out of 5 if drink service had been more prompt. We ordered a second round of drinks as the entrées were delivered and these drinks showed up after we had completed our meals. Decor is modern and swanky but slightly nondescript. Wait staff dressed in chic black. I felt slightly uncomfortable for the young women wearing short skirts that did not fit properly. I’m all for beautiful women wearing beautiful clothes but these women were wearing clothes that were too small for them in my opinion because there was lots of fidgeting to ensure skirts did not ride up further while walking thru the dining area or making cocktails. Instead of giving off an effortless sexy vibe, it felt awkward and made me feel uncomfortable for them. The pork belly appetizer was the best item of the evening. Apple salad and Bibb lettuce salad both felt below average in taste and presentation. American Wagyu filets we’re ordered by all and steaks were cooked to the correct doneness. Carrots were disappointing and hard to chew. The flavor of the steak and all the sauces that we tried were below average. In the last 18 months I’ve been to Gaucho Parilla Argentina in Pittsburgh, KanePrime in Nashville, Gibson in Chicago, and St Elmo’s in Indianapolis so I have some spoiled tastebuds. Cut by Wolfgang Puck is not even in the same class. For excellent Steak in Vegas my go to is the Golden Steer. But in my opinion, the best food scene is Nashville.

    I was in town for a work conference. With it being my 60th birthday my family joined me in LV to celebrate. I have been to CUT before and wanted them to experience what a great place this is. We requested Chip as our server if he was working. He and the CUT Team made this evening an unforgettable one. From the service to the food to the drinks...and a special birthday desert.     3 of us spent almost $500 for the dinner. I got the rib eye med rare. The ribeye was extremely salty, and burnt on the outside. The Inside was medium (not medium rare). For a $91 steak, it was very disappointing. My sister had a glass of wine so not much of alcohol. For a pricey restaurant, the look and feel of the place is worse than the Outback steak house. Go have a steak at Delmonico. We had dinner at Delmonico in the past and it was perfect in everyday.
