   Awful! Food cooked incorrectly, one person in our group didn’t get his diner until 30 minutes after everyone else did. I waited 20 minutes for dressing to put on my salad before I could eat it. Not a good experience in any way

   We had a reservation thru open table. When we arrived the hostess told us there would be a wait and they don’t accept reservations. She was rude. We asked to speak to a manager who ended up seating us in the bar area where we received great service from the bartender. Food was okay, nothing special.

   Reserved two tables well in advance for an after wedding party. Called to confirm these reservations and confirm the tables would be together also in advance. Got there and the tables were separated which made for an awkward dinner experience with our families trying to spend time with each table. I was super disappointed and if we had been able to go somewhere else, I would have.

   We made reservations because it was Christmas Eve and there wasn't much else available in town. Open Table sent a text 30 minutes prior to remind us of our time slot. When we got to the restaurant the door was locked but there were people inside @ tables. When someone was leaving we walked in and receptionist told us they had been closed for 2 hours! I showed her our text and asked for the manager and she told me that she was dealing with another customer. When we asked where we might try another restaurant since we were coming from out of town, she had no ideas! It was just a poorly trained, unhelpful staff. Bad taste in my mouth for Fridays!

    Upon arriving late we opted for TGIF for they were within just a few miles from our hotel. You can't go wrong with endless apps for the price.

    We had a group of over 50 people and with only a few days notice, they accommodated us. They gave us a big party room and put up with us when we had 23 loud and energetic cheerleaders at one table and all their parents at a few others. We really appreciated the service and their going out of their way to help our girls have a great team night.
