The steak was a chunk of fat, not meat. The waitress didn't write down the orders correctly. My reservation wasn't in their system.

It was our first time here. The food was great. The service was not. Our server never refilled our drinks or checked on us. We had to ask another server to refill our drinks and get us our cheque. We waited about 30-40 for refills before being able to flag down another server and by then, we had finished eating. We plan on eating here again, just because the food was great. Just hope we get a better server next time.

Under staffed. Our waitress was good. She checked on us regularly. However, she does not serve the food and those that did seemed unaware and rude. Loved the strawberry boba tea.

We had a group of 8 including 2 kids and the waitress took great care of us and was on top of everything we threw at her. The food came out correct and hot, literally sizzling on the iron skillet! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would return again.

When we arrived the front staff indicated they don’t pay attention to the online reservations. We were sat in an area with an extremely large number of younger children. It was very loud. Our server was very good and the food was fine.

Loved the appetizer special!! They should do tis more often. It got us there . You can't beat $10 per person for all apps. We loved the pot stickers & meatballs.

Awesome dining experience with our family of six in Gatlinburg!!! Made reservations and were greeted/seated right away!! Drinks ordered and delivered quickly. Delicious food - attentive staff. CLEAN restrooms. A/C at great temp for HOT July!! Are here after LONG drive all day - perfect relaxing dinner and atmosphere.

Went Thursday instead of Friday, waiter was rude and didn't want to serve us. Ordered endless apps and he kdpt coming back telling us the kitchen was closing ay 10 p.m. for any food. But couple came in and the hostess told them they only served apps after 10 p.m. Host and staff were godsiping about patrons, we were sitted next to the hostess station. Crappy service, attitude and food cost, over $70 for 3 iced teas, 3 burgers and 2 endless apps. Never go there again!!!

The waitress was able to get us the burgers taken off the bill but all in all this was not worth the parking I paid and the time it took to get there. We ordered an appetizer that never made it to the table EVER! The burgers were all burnt and you could tell the grill wasn't clean. I ordered a turkey burger separate from the other burgers and couldn't even eat it because the char was so strong it gave me upset stomach eating a few bites. The mash potatoes were good and the waitress was nice BUT I could have went anywhere for burnt burgers that didn't require me to pay extra for parking. In fact, my hotel offered burgers so we went hoping to get the specialty apps that never came.

The food was great. Our waitress came to our table twice during a period of an hour and a half. We never received any refills. I have never had worse service at a restaurant.

Terrific service and tasty menu with healthy calorie guidelines. The flatbread appetizer was great and the flat iron steak juicy and just right! Please bring TGIF back to Knoxville! !

This is a fun Friday's. It is located on the Parkway in Gatlinburg with outdoor dining where you can watch the tourists walk by. The wait staff and management are very friendly. It is a perfect place to stop by.
