Front manager was very rude to begin with. Didn’t make any eye contact. Took 30min for the first drink to come then another 30 for the food. Overall. AMATEUR HOUR. Food was ok but it just take too long to get anything I’ve been to many Gyukaku including the one in Japan. I hate to say but this one should not call themselves Gyukaku.

We had a very nice time but it was incredibly expensive for us to eat here. The food was great, our server was very nice but this will have to be a rare treat for us instead of a weekly restaurant.

Very delicious, huge portions! We got the BBQ platter for two for ~$100 and spent another ~$40 on drinks: a little pricy but a ton of food, we were absolutely stuffed and did not feel shortchanged at all!

If I could give no stars, I would. I have eaten here before and it was great. Not the same. Food was bad-meat seemed old, rice undercooked-dishes were not the same quality. All of the staff seemed extremely unhappy. They all need customer service training. Server was generally inattentive. This was my 50th birthday and was a horrible experience. Will never come back.

Everything went well; the only negative thing I can think of is that nobody was there to greet us when we first arrived. We had to search around to find someone in order to take a seat.

We are big fans of gyu-kaku and it was our first time dining at the Cambridge location. Very good and fast service! Quality of the food was also very good! We really enjoyed our dinner here. We usually get the Chef’s Choice for 2 people and add garlic noodles, such a delicious meal!
