   Met a friend for happy hour tapas and drinks. Great variety of tapas on happy hour specials and generous portions. Recommend the papas bravas and pan con tomate. Had the house red and my friend had a delicious ginger mocktail. Restaurant was empty when we arrived around 4:30 pm but by dinner hour it was louder and more crowded. Service was attentive and friendly.

   Great service. We were in the bar area. The hostess was helpful. Sara waited on our table; she was efficient and friendly. Food was fantastic!

   The food and service were very good. As is the case these days, there was no bread served. We did notice that the waiter did take some bead out of a basket which he said was for a certain tapas dish .I bellieve that bread should be served with a meal. As is the case these days prices, especially for wine, are excessive ($13 minumum per glass)

   We had the chefs experience and everything was so good. Our waiter was great and the manger stopped by and chatted w us for a bit. A really enjoyable dinner!

    When we cane in there were tables outside. I asked to be seated there and was told that they were reserved. I called the restaurant few times in the past and was told that age outside tables CANNOT be reserved! It is covid time, it was a gorgeous day and it would have been nice to sit outdoors. The restaurant was mot full but they sat us tightly near a group of four. We asked to be moved they said that all of the seats were reserved. We were there for over 1.5 hour and half of the restaurant was empty. We had a very early reservation . It started filling up as we were living. Customer service was disappointing to say the least, they should do better to make a customer happy.

    Arrived early and tried some Happy Hour specials which were very good and priced right. Each Tapa was good except a new one with squash which was essentially uncooked. Awful. Tapa replaced with another choice but obviously kitchen not functioning at peak.

    The papas bravas were too fat and drowned in aioli. The portion of clams was very small even as a tapa.

    Boqueria is always a great choice if you want good food and a good vibe. The tapas were great and the paella was delicious. The manager learned it was my birthday and sent over free champagne!

    It was way too hot (temperature-wise). When I asked the waiter if the air conditioning could be increased, I was told no. I saw other people fanning themselves, including a hostess with a “Boqueria” fan. A known issue I guess, which makes it even worse. Guests’ physical comfort is the first rule of running a successful restaurant. Boqueria failed. I won’t go back. It’s impossible to enjoy the food or conversation when you can only think about getting the *^#% out of there and into some A/C.

    Good food, except the paella was a bit burnt. Sangria was exceptional. Service could be better, our waitress didn’t check in on us too often. They try to cram too many people into the restaurant, the tables are far too close to each other.

    We enjoy Bouqueria but were disappointed with the Paella. The shellfish was rubbery and not very hot, the rice was just ok. Considering we waited over 50 minutes it was a dissatisfying. The other tapas we ordered were very good. I would recommend Bouqueria but would suggest not ordering Paella.

    Boqueria has an interesting and broad menu selection of Spanish food. It pays to try different dishes, and share them. I found the noise level too much, though. The service was ok --- the waiters were very busy.

    Great neighborhood spot with great tapas! I wish there were more mains, or beef related tapas, but still a great meal. Sangria is really good, too!
