Service was pretty bad. Disinterested and not friendly. Out of several items which impacted many dishes and appetizers. Staff didn’t seem interested See it’s now closed? Maybe the above is not that surprising

Enjoyed one last meal at Reel Club before the restaurant closes its doors for the last time. Delicious as always. The miso-glazed sea bass was outstanding. Looking forward to what LEYE is planning for this space going forward!

We love this place for the quality of the seafood. This is where we go for sushi because we trust the quality. However, we were disappointed to learn that it is closing on Sept 2, 2018. The location will be remade into a different Lettuce Entertain You restaurant. We don't know where we will now get quality sushi close to home.

After making a reservation and being seated, we were asked to move. The hostesses were not very much together with seating. We even questioned being sat down to a table for 4-6 and were told that it would be at least a 30 minute wait for other availability. Once seated and when our waiter finally showed up (due to miscommunication of hostesses), everything seemed fine.

Ok. I took my kids who are all over 20. Stuck in corner and service was a little snobby until they saw the higher priced items being ordered. Just did not feel we were respected. Food was good, not great.

Had not been to the restaurant in a few years. The food was average this time. I was very disappointed in the condition of the restaurant. It was well worn! The men's restroom was not clean. There were paper towels on the floor and it was obvious that no one had checked on it all evening. Our waitress was lacking a personality and the service was slow. I would not return or recommend the restaurant to my family or friends.

Great service! Wonderful food. We enjoyed shrimp tacos and a shrimp po’ boy. We were not rushed and spent time catching up. We had several drinks which were also tasty.

Restaurant was great but the new valet parking absolutely sucks. This is teh third time I have dined in this restaurant row area which all share the same new valet service. This new service doubled the price from $4.00 to 8.00 and eliminated paper tickets and instead insist you give them your phone number so they an send you a link to use to tell them to retrieve your car. None of it works. One time they never sent the link, another time I clicked on the line but when I went to get my car it was nto there and the valet said he wa sorry they never got my message. It takes forever for them to retreive the vehciles and the valets are rude. I will simply visit these restaurants a little less than before. The valet service will hurt these restaurants.

We were aware that the restaurant was closing soon and clearly so was the staff.. the server forgot to put an order in for an entree at our table and then the food when it finally came was just ok.. we have been here numerous times in the past and loved it and the food was amazing! So sad that this place is closing.. and more so, that the staff is aware of it and could care less..

It was my birthday so I ordered the crab legs. They were cracked for me and quite meaty. I thoroughly enjoyed them along with the shrimp cocktail appetizer. The server also brought a free dessert with a candle which was nice, but I had also ordered a half dessert of lemon meringue pie. It was kind of small but extremely delicious, especially the creamy and sweet meringue. I was sad to hear that they might be closing soon to redo the restaurant, but glad we went when we did. Good service by Linda.

all in all place was nice, service was great, but the food doesn't equal the value, had the sea bass very disappointed, good thing I had soup and a salad both ala carte. 6 people check >400.00 without the tip calculated in. We had a few drinks and appetizers but I left disappointed.

We had reservations and were seated right away, however we waited over 15 minutes till a server came to our table to ask for a drink order. We have never had this happen before. Once we had a server, our service was very good. Food was excellent, as always.

Good selection of seafood. The seasoning on the fish was excellent. They accommodated my desire for blackened salmon even though it wasn't even on the menu. The waiter was efficient and pleasant, and knew the menu very well. My boyfriend ordered a great pinot noir that he said he would definitely buy again. All in, it was a great experience.

Went to celebrate my mom’s birthday as well as her and my dad’s 29th wedding anniversary. The ambiance was lovely, the service was great, and the food was delicious. They are very accommodating, we ending up changing reservations a few times due to time and attendance changes. But the staff was more than willing to accommodate us and give us a great experience.
