Jhony's Peruvian Cuisine is a casual reflection of the Asian-influenced Peruvian culinary boom emphasizing the freshest seafood, shellfish and produce available, seasoned with an authentic array of imported Peruvian chilies and spices — flavorful, but never searingly hot.

Charcoal-roasted Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken is Jhony’s specialty. Loma Saltado is a favorite among regulars (Chinese inspired Peruvian stir fry of tenderloin strips with tomato, onion, and Peruvian chili peppers). Steamed mussels, grilled artichokes, and house-made Peruvian tamales are often on the menu.

The wine list includes South American and Spanish wines, particularly easy-drinking Malbecs and Chardonnays chosen to pair well with the spicy cuisine, and perennial Napa Valley favorites, carafe wines and domestic and imported beers.

The restaurant seats 40 inside and another 20 on the terrace. Reservations honored and walk-ins welcome.

                                                  Food was authentic and tasty. I had the Pollo Salvador and my husband had the skirt steak. Both dishes were very good and healthy. Food was light, freshly made, and not greasy.

                                                  Great food and service. I can’t rave enough about the ceviche, seafood soup, roasted chicken, and panna cotta. We could have licked our plates. I also thought it was a nice touch that Chef Jhony came out to greet our table. We will definitely be back!

                                                  Our 35th Wedding Anniversary Celebration! Our waitress BRENDA was super!! She explained many details of the Peruvian Cuisine that we had no idea about what so ever. It was all so interesting! We will be back when we return to the Sun Valley area. We will also be telling our friends about Jhony’s and the great experience we had there💑

                                                  This restaurant offers fantastic food. We ordered 3 things - Quinoa salad, seafood fried rice and sweet potato fries. All excellent. We will definitely make this a place to go to the next time we are in Sun Valley. Great discovery !!
