The food was excellent, must try the eggplant, it was a special, the chicken meatballs were great, especially since I don’t eat beef. The gnocchi and spaghetti are a must. And any of the desserts finish the meal. The service was outstanding, the waiter was very accommodating and very pleasant

We decided to try a new restaurant for our anniversary. It was a real disappointment. The food was way too salty. The service was slow. Although there weren’t many in the restaurant, the waiters were neither busy nor attentive.

Le Sirene is a go-to, favorite restaurant in the area. The food is good and the kitchen most accommodating, as is Gabriel, the head waiter.

Absolutely recommend this gem in larchmont. Started with a pizza margarita, right out of a wood burning oven. Crust was crisp and very tasty. Sauce was fresh and beautifully seasoned. Cheese was the real thing and lots of fresh basil. The Calamari and vegetable appetizer was a wow. And so the rest of the meal went. The maitre d was young and very much in control. The maitre d, chef and owner are the real thing from southern Italy. The room was warm and inviting with white table cloths. Noise level was thankfully low. Can't wait to get back there.

Service was incredibly poor particularly on a signature day - Valentine’s Day. We thought about leaving but knew at such a late time (reservations were for 8p that we would have a challenge finding another place to dine. I stood waiting at the reception area for about 15 minutes before anyone addressed me. Once seated, we waited another 20 minutes before we were given a menu. The sommelier suggested a wine that turned out to be such low value that we had serious headaches the next day. All that said, when the food arrived it was worth all of the challenges we had with the service and the wine. The risotto was fresh and light and heavenly. The minestrone had a white base with fresh vegetables and a delicate smooth taste - the lasagna bolognese was light and earthy and melted in our mouths. I highly and unequivocally recommend their food however to uplift the experience, order take out, buy a good bottle of Barolo wine and avoid the below par service and overpriced wine.

Nice restaurant and tasty food but the service was painfully inattentive. It was challenging to get the waiter's attention for menus. Then to order. Then to get coffee or dessert; in fact I had to ask the hostess twice for assistance and she ended up taking the dessert order. Then we needed to ask for the check. The meal took 4 hours. I've been before and had a similar experience. It makes it hard to recommend the restaurant because of the service, which is unfortunate.

Great experience! Food was terrific, really outstanding, service great, ambience just right. Everyone loved their dining experience -- all the dishes were superb. Looking forward to going again. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Neither the food nor the service could be any better. It may be expensive but it was worth every penny. We were a table of 5 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.

The food and wine were delicious but since there was only two tables the service should have been much better. I think the bartender was handling the dining room but how he was dressed, he looked like the chef. Maybe this one person was wearing many hats that evening. I would still recommend because every restaurant has an off evening once in a while. I would certainly go back the food was just that good.

My husband and I wanted wine by glass. A Barolo was recommended which we had. When the bill came the 2 glasses of wine cost $35! We would never have ordered that had we known the price and honestly have had much cheaper wines that we enjoyed more. I am angry we were not told the cost. Eggplant parmigiana was a special which was good. However I had the caeser salad and was very disappointed. While fresh it had absolutely no taste.

the food has improved for sure over the last year. Restaurant still too quiet business wise for a Saturday night. Not sure what they need to do to bring in more of a crowd. It would be unfortunate if they closed due to low volume of business given how good the food is

This is the best restaurant in Larchmont, without question. The staff could not be more accommodating and gracious, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the food is excellent. You can go for a full Italian lunch or dinner, or just for their wonderful wood-fired oven pizza in the evening. Just go!

The food was very good but the prices were quite high for what you got. The staff tried hard but was sparse, not very knowledgable and clearly overwhelmed as the service was painfully slow, even though the restaurant was not full. I chose a special - an appetizer portion of pasta with black truffles - and was told it would be $20-25 - they charged $30. We had to ask 3 times for lemon for our water, and the wait to get someone’s attention to get our water refilled, between courses, to order dessert and to get the check seemed interminable.

Consistently excellent food with enormous variety. Arguably the highest quality food with the most sophisticated kitchen in southern Westchester and certainly in Larchmont. The food is as fine as some of the highest rated restaurants in NYC. Absolutely worth going.

Excellent neighborhood northern Italian. Service and food quality are on par with any great restaurant in Manhattan. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. Great spot for a spontaneous night out or special occasion.

We've been to Le Sirene many times and it is consistently delicious. Gabriel is a wonderful host and will always be honest in terms of what he recommends that night. We will keep going back to this neighborhood gem.

This is a very special restaurant with an imaginative chef and competent and cordial wait staff. The menu is eclectic and unusually diverse for a suburban venue. We highly recommend it and Larchmont is fortunate to have a restaurant that provides such a splendid and high quality dining experience . Bravo!!!!
