   Great lunch at Bistro Leo. Very nice space with great selection of indoor and outdoor seating. I loved the salmon and the banana bread with ice cream. I hope to go back soon to try their dinner menu.

   It’s very cute and service was great but food was not at all what we were expecting. Portions were so small and SO expensive. They literally put truffle on everything which probably makes them thing it is ok to charge $35+ for a pasta dish that you could finish in two bites. Also. All the dishes were very bland and that’s coming from someone who generally doesn’t need a lot of seasoning.

   I was stunned at how bad the food was. Our $37 mozzarella En carozza was awful, cold and dry, tastes like it was cooked under a heat lamp. The pasta did not taste fresh and the sauce was comparable to store bought jar sauce. Biggest let down of a restaurant experience I’ve ever experience. This cannot be the quality of the food served in Florence’s Osteria delle Tre Panche and I’m surprised they allowed their name to be used. I could see the disappointment and confusing on fellow diners faces.

   The only thing special about the dishes were the extra truffle on everything. The pasta’s were plain and were not tasty. Id rather would’ve eaten only truffle

    We Had reservations w notification of our this being our anniversary. When being seated we walked past several booths set for two into an overly packed room with smaller tables for two. When I asked if we could have a booth or be seated in a different room I was told by the hostess that the booths were only for large parties. I mentioned that the booths were all set for two and she then turned to me and said, “The booths are for our special guests.” I was stunned silent. We were finally seated in the bar area. I will say that our waiter was attentive and kind. As someone who travels and knows fine dining the food was mediocre to less than expected. If not for the wait staff being so polite I would have been super upset about spending such an important evening at Bistro Leo.

    We originally went for NYC restaurant week, but after seeing their selections we decided it was not a good deal so we just ordered from the regular menu. I ordered escargot for appetizer and grilled sardines as my main dish. To my surprise they brought a small can of sardines with baguette. It was $18. I should have send it back, but I was too tired that evening and did not have energy. The place was empty and no wonder why. Everything was overpriced including wines. The interior was nice and waiters were friendly, but I just don’t see the reason to go back there.

    We went for lunch during Restaurant Week. The restaurant's menu had 3 appetizer choices as well as 3 entreé choices. We had the garlic/cauliflower soup (excellent) and caesar salad (very good) for appetizers. For our main courses we had the chicken pillared (good) and the roasted salmon (excellent). The service was excellent. We certainly recommend this place to anyone.

    Great ambience. I think we were there on a weeknight but I imagine its a hot spot on the weekends. Great deep booths, dark sexy bar and really kind and fast waitstaff. Cant wait to go back!

    We had a really lovely evening at Bistro Leo. They serve beautifully executed classic French food. Their patio is beautiful, away from the street and protected from the elements, so a perfect setting even on a rainy night. The staff is lovely and were incredibly kind to our dad who has difficulty seeing and getting around. The tomato and watermelon salad is a must have. The chicken, duck and escargot were also big hits. Highly recommend!

    Delicious food…they do amazing bread!…came w/ the steak tartare & escargot, and the duck prosciutto pizzette was fantastic too! Branzino was perfectly prepared…tender/moist with crispy skin. Duck frites is a fairly small portion of duck, and medium-rare order came medium-well, but the sauce was great, as were the fries! Great cocktails & wine.

    Most of the entrées are $40. The waiter told us about a special. We ordered two of them. Delicious. And then we found out that they were $125 each when the bill came. I feel like if you’re going to get someone excited about the special you should mention that it is three times the average price of the rest of the entrées on the menu

    The service just for that day was very poor. We were greeted and seated with a cup of water and was told the menu options. Took an hour for someone (only because we stopped someone and he was kind enough to help us) to write down our order and get us a glass of wine and then they brought out our entree's first before the starters so that was a little disappointing. But none the less the place was amazing and id definitely come back on a regular occasion and not when its chaotic especially like valentines day!

    Valentine’s Day dinner was great! They seemed understaffed which was a bit sad (not the staff’s fault of course ). although I had requested indoor dining on the reservation, they placed us outside— and the tables were a bit crammed out there and sadly, my BF and I were right next to a very loud table. The VDay pre fixe menu was not at the table so we had to ask for it but it was worth it! The food was so delicious, the wine pairings were delightful and our server was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. 4 stars just because the understaffing lead to some slow service and the lamb shank was nothing to write home about at all— but the rest of the food was amazing

    The atmosphere and service were great. The food was decent. Unfortunately, the Valentine's Day menu posted on their website was completely different from the actual Valentine's Day menu, which was disappointing. I might've enjoyed it more if I knew the actual menu and didn't get my hopes up for a different selection. The dessert was not good at all. It was chocolate pudding with some crumbled peanut brittle on top.
