   Restaurant is ok. Food is not authentic Italian but they are trying. I would say the prices are rather expensive for what it is. We had the risotto, lasagna and a beet salad. Also had two drinks.

   I had the minestrone, and it was excellent. My wife and ordered a fish dish and it was a little dry. I had the trout piccata and while tasty it wasn't as flavorful as I hoped. There weren't too many capers. The Tiramisu was pretty good, not the best I've ever had (and I order it a lot). Our friends had the lemon panna cotta and thought it terrific. We were pleased, would try dining there again and recommend it to others.

   We had not been back here in a while. We ordered the Octopus appetizer, Trout meal and the Orchietta meal. Everything was fantastic. And the service was attentive and on point.

   Our waitress was incredibly rude when we told her we weren’t drinking . It felt like we stopped getting service. The food was great, but the really bad service put a damper on our very nice meal

   Always a treat, especially in summer. The back patio is lovely and quiet. No buses, traffic, dog walkers like on the sidewalk. Food is consistently good. Great place to go for sharing lots of small plates. Good vegan and vegetarian options. Armando is the best server, gives good advice, and does it with a smile. Wine list extensive and reasonably priced. Good for a group or date night. Reasonable prices for food , too.

    Anteprima is a classic neighborhood spot with inventive Italian dishes. Think fresh pairings of farm-to-table inspired vegetable dishes and not heavy red-sauce Italian. They also offer half and full portions of many entrees, which is great if you like to sample lots of small plates. We've eaten here for years and have never been disappointed.

    We love Anteprima! It's our go-to spot for an upscale dinner. Great interesting food, including wonderful veggie options. Excellent service. Their outdoor patio is heated, covered, and rarely crowded.

    Room was full but our table was still ready for us when we arrived. Our server was a friendly, unobtrusive pro. Food was terrific, as always. Trumpet mushroom appetizer was outstanding. Polenta crusted skate wing from the specials list was excellent. Have eaten her several times and will be back again.

    From start to finish, the whole dining experience at Anteprima was enjoyable! We had a lovely table by the window, and the waiter was attentive without being intrusive. All the food we had was delicious! We started with the arancini, grilled polenta, and ramps. All of the apps were delicious, but the arancini was my favorite. My husband got the tagliatelle w/bolognese and I got the grilled shrimp over orzo. I will likely stick with a pasta dish next time because their fresh pasta is perfection.

    Food was good quality, servings were a bit small for the price. I was blown away at 10 dollars for the worlds smallest beet salad. The lady next to me got about two spoonfuls of pasta and my jaw dropped. Other than that service and quality was fine. This place is good if you have the money and looking for a tasting.

    Anteprima is still a lovely go-to spot for food with friends, date nights and family time. The food still isn't quite as good as it was pre-pandemic. The seasoning is always off just a bit (salt please) and sometimes the flavors don't quite measure up to the promise. That said, it's always a good spot.

    Our server was spectacular. She was very attentive, offered excellent suggestions and our entire group felt pampered by her. We loved the food and even though we were stuffed at the end of the meal, we couldn’t resist ordering a dessert for the table.

    Hadn’t been to Anteprima since before Covid, and had missed it a lot. We were given a larger four top for the two us, which is always nice. Potato soup was creamy and delicious, and my pasta with spicy lamb and bitter greens was as good as I remember. The noise level was high to begin with but diminished as people left. One of the very best Italian restaurants in the city.

    The food was terrible. Bland and watery pasta dishes, the mushroom appetizer is just three Mushroom stalks with some pesto. The chicken liver pate was ok, but over all not good food. The manager offered to remake the pasta, as she blamed it on new people in the kitchen but it wasn’t even worth taking her up on that. The wine was good tho, and our server was nice! But we probably won’t be back.

    Service and ambience at Anteprima were both great. Our server was helpful with a wine selection and very attentive. The space is well lit and cozy - you're close to other diners without feeling too tightly packed in (but it is close) so there's a low buzz of conversation but you're not yelling either. Overall, our pastas were both excellent - you can definitely tell it is very fresh! I imagine all of the dishes would shine with this great pasta. The arancini was also great. Our only negative food wise (and the reason for a 4 instead of 5 on the food) was the breadstick/focaccia basket. I was hoping for an excellent house-made focaccia and it really seems no better than something from a store. Minor ding on an otherwise great meal!

    Food combinations were unique, perfectly put together, and cooked to perfection. One of the best pieces of salmon I’ve ever had. Wish I had another because I made everyone at the table try it!
