    We went Sunday for brunch. Food & service were great as always! However, it was ridiculously HOT in the restaurant! Our waiter and mgmt kept saying the AC was on, but insinuated because so many people were in the restaurant that was why it wasn’t cool. It was absurd considering we walked next door to Chart House and restaurant was also crowded and it was clearly cool as it should be. I would like to add, manager, Mario was very kind and thoughtful in trying to comfort my older mother/aunts. He deserves a raise and shouldn’t be put in a position to have to explain an upper mgmt issue.

    The food was excellent. We could've done without the setting up of a buffet table while my wife and I were having dinner right next to us. They could've waited until we were done. Also, there were 40 minutes of awol when my waiter was gone.

    When we arrived the restaurant was really busy but we four had a reservation and were seated immediately. It took 25 minutes for our cocktails to arrive. Food was very good..chicken lemon pasta, Cajun pasta, pizza and short rib hoagie *the hoagie was the best of all the food in my opinion* My issue was the noise level. We brought out of town friends and it was impossible to hear. I liked the food but won't return if I want a place to relax and visit with friends. Our waitress was very good.

    If you want excellent food but poor service, slow drinks and a “whatever” attitude, this is definitely the place for you! It’s really a shame that service was so poor because the location and the food were amazing! Try the crab dip. The mahi tacos were legit. Management could make this place 5 stars with some staff training.

    We walked out after not being greeted by a server after 15 minutes. There were multiple servers who walked by our table and said absolutely nothing. This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service here. Such is life.

    The homemade pasta with seafood was outstanding. The service was a bit slow, although our water was refilled several times, appreciated with the warm temperatures.

    The food and service were great but the air conditioner wasn’t working so it was a miserable experience. A member of my party had to go to urgent care afterwards due to overheating. Manager never visited our table to discuss inconvenience. Charged full price even though we couldn’t fully enjoy the experience because of the high temperature inside the dining area.

    The manager on Saturday at 1:30, I think his name was Mario. He went above and beyond helping my friend with correcting her salad dish. All the ladies were very impressed with his professionalism, take charge attitude towards handing the problem to make my friend happy as well as everyone at the table. Although we were impressed by Mario, the server needs improvement. When I asked to see the manager in the beginning, he came back to the table and said, “the manager is busy and for him to work it out”! This is not what you tell customers at a restaurant. Please provide him with more training.
