El restaurante Columbia ha pertenecido y ha sido operado por la misma familia durante más de 110 años, y ha adquirido fama por su encanto estilo Viejo Mundo y su galardonada cocina española/cubana. El restaurante acepta vestimenta informal, pero no se permite que los hombres ingresen con camisetas sin mangas. El restaurante propone recetas de familia centenarias tales como la paella "a la Valenciana", el Filet Mignon "Columbia", y especialidades de mariscos frescos. La ensalada "1905" Salad® del Columbia es imperdible, y se prepara en la mesa con su delicioso aderezo recién hecho a partir de una receta centenaria elaborada con ajo fresco, orégano, vinagre de vino y aceite de oliva español extra virgen. Se recomienda especialmente probar un buen vino español como el Montecillo o el Campillo. Los comensales podrán relajarse al aire libre en el patio, o en los salones comedor de estilo mediterráneo, decorados con azulejos pintados a mano y reliquias familiares. Somos una sucursal del restaurante Columbia de Tampa Ybor City, fundado en 1905. El restaurante cuenta con un menú de niños.     Columbia never disappoints ! From the Cuban bread straight out of the oven, to the iconic 1905 salad to any of their scrumptious tapas & entrees - everything is first rate. Service wonderful. Moijitos not to be missed. Only constructive complaint - negotiate with the neighboring restaurant for better live music. We were seated outside & Ugh was that guy annoying - I'd much rather listen to the Cuban music over Columbia's speakers. And the two together wasn't pleasant.

    I truly enjoy Columbia’s service and food. Iryne our server(sorry spelled wrong) was wonderful and attentive to our table. We order the yummy chopped tomato salad and the famous Columbia salad. All the dishes we ordered were flavorful and delicious. I have yet to be disappointed.

    Columbia is one of my favorite restaurant in Sarasota and I try to go there once in Sarasota. We normally had a good service and fun times . Today visit wasn’t to my expectations. Our waitress wasn’t polite and friendly. We like to order pitcher of sangria just to watch table preparation and make some videos and pictures. Today our waitress didn’t made it at our table but on a side and wouldn’t even tell us when she was preparing it. Very disappointed! We normally come to Columbia mainly for a good Sangria but today wasn’t good at all and we couldn’t see her making it or adding a right ingredients. Another waitress , Adriana , made our salad at our table and she was very nice and friendly. Someone else brought our entries . Overall our dinner was ok but our service was poor and Sangria was not good . I guess we just used to nice and friendly service and today’s service wasn’t good. Maybe waitress just had a bad day but don’t know if we are going there again .

    Delicious food & attentive waiter. We enjoyed the 1905 , sangria, wine, 3 different tapas, & fabulous bread pudding. All were delicious!

    The service was excellent. Tyler was our server and he checked on us throughout our meal and did an excellent job in recommending the stuffed shrimp. It was so good and the legendary “1905” salad that was mixed and tossed at our table was amazing. The key lime pie I had was 1 of the best key lime pies I ever had! Great service, great food and great dining experience. I highly recommend Columbia Restaurant!
