I love the whole experience but it is very expensive. Also the restaurant has a valet that charges $10 but the restaurant called and told me after we had paid $30 to park across the street. This would have been helpful to know when I booked the reservation.

It was a new and interesting experience for me, but the service was lacking. I do understand that they were busy, but they attempted to sit us at a table that had not been swept under. There was paper, food, and crayons under and around it, but the hostess was going to sit us anyway. We had to ask for it to be swept and then we had to ask for eating utensils which came well after the food was brought out. The waitress was nice, but overall the experience was tainted at first impression.

Took my mom on Mothers day and we got the mothers day entre 4-course meal. We got lucky and were seated at a window booth. We were watching people walking up and peachtree which was dope. Not a loud environment but the little table stove did put out some noise and with all the sizzle from the cast iron pan. Not bad tho we weren't yelling or talking loud by any means. The food itself was cool. I wouldnt go expecting to get full off your meal. You're paying for the cook-your-own-food experience you get things aren't available at your average restaurant. I enjoyed it. Not in the biggest hurry to get back. Maybe the next.. next special occasion lol.

We go to the Melting Pot once per twice a year for special occasions. This time it was my son's birthday. We always have a wonderful time! The food is incredible and the hospitality is so welcoming. Michael, our server, is always friendly and remembers us when we return. This time we did it ALL, and there wasn't a single regreted bite!

Hopefully just an off night - the cheeses were unbalanced and the wrong consistencies. The server completely forgot to bring us our salads (but didn't forget to charge us for them and had to be reminded to take them off our order). The adjacent table was particularly loud and obnoxious. Overall disappointing.

A friend’s daughter got her B-Day. So we choose a fine restaurant as a gift or/and surprise to be all together. It was not the first time, even the last one, but Yuki our server was excelente. He guided us as a first time but in way to keep attention those details we knew already. Our friend was happy and dare to ask for more information ( cook times, spices, recommend, etc). She got 15. It was a B-day to remember. Yuki helped a lot bringing her special candle to blow. Thank you

Our experience was amazing. The melting pot is special to my husband and I because it is where he proposed to me. We decided to take our kids. They had so much fun. The staff was beyond excellent and accommodated all of our special requests. The food was delicious! Overall I can express enough how great our visit was.

The evening started out well. We were welcomed , shown to seat and server was at first engaging However the restaurant soon became busy and the staff were clearly overwhelmed and stressed. We waited over an hour for the table to be cleared and dessert (which we ordered at arrival). Also we had told them at arrival we were celebrating a birthday and we heard them singing to another party earlier , but our dessert was plopped on a table with only an unlit candle on my son’s plate so that was disappointing Finally the air becomes quite smoky and my eyes were watering after 3+ hours

We made reservations beforehand for 8pm. Got to the Melting Pot right on time & waited 14 mins before any hostess would check us in. 4 other staff passed by in the meantime, all completely ignored us. After we got our table, it took another 10 mins before any waiter introduced themselves. Service was rude & inattentive

The atmosphere here, with simply amazing from the food to the service to the hospitality to the intimate setting. Everything was perfect and well explained, we really enjoyed our waiter Chris, he was amazing. He had great drink recommendations, and he gave very clear instructions.

NOTE: We made a reservation and our table wasn’t ready and had to wait 15mins or so while it got sorted out; which was very disappointing for a first experience.
