Our premium grade, French origin, half pound burgers are made with Hard Rock's chef selected premium blend of chuck, brisket and short rib. Seared to medium well (unless you say otherwise) and served on a freshly baked brioche bun, delivered daily from our local baker. All burgers include our signature seasoned fries.
