Our third time visiting and once again very pleased . Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you. Food is delicious, service lovely and polite. Portion sizes amazing. Can’t wait to return.

Chef clearly cares about what he is putting out of his kitchen. Good value for the area. If you’re staying locally at Centre Parcs come here - very convenient and so much better than the chain restaurants there.

Do not live in the area but staying nearby. Not so sure about the lay out when first entered but felt more comfortable with the shabby chic when shown to my table. Very clean cutlery/plates etc. Warm professional welcome from waiter who remained attentive throughout our stay, I attended with my husband, despite having a large number of covers as the evening progressed. First class imaginative food adapted to our particular preferences. Very gracious chef who later introduced himself to us. On consideration still feel some thought could be given to the reception 'space'. Admittedly there was a largish party as we entered which for me somehow restricted the room and created something of a corridor - not so good! Perhaps limiting this immediate area to small tables would work better? Now looking forward to Sunday Lunch which we booked before leaving - thank you!

Attended for the steak night event held on a Thursday evening, I normally don't choose steak in a restaurant as i have always found them to be quite gristly and tough however wanted to take my Dad here as we are new to the village. This was hands down the best steak I have ever eaten in my life, even better than Miller and Carter. The meat genuinely melted in your mouth and it was absolutely gorgeous! Not to mention the staff were so friendly and the value for money was astonishing. We will definitely be returning!!
