   The server was incredibly rude - she group the order and never asked about it - I had asked that the wine be put on a separate tab and she failed to do that and when I remarked about it she gave an incredibly flip answer back.

   My husband did not like his burger- overcooked (we weren't even asked what temp we wanted) and he said his bun was stale and crumbly. I had the Caesar salad and Keto my Heart burger. Burger was just ok toppings substituted and not advised my salad was delicious. One of the best Caesar salads I ever had! However this is a BURGER joint not a salad house!! Not the best. Server was attentive and friendly

   I don’t typically give the highest ratings for every aspect of a restaurant, but everything about our dinner at Bill’s Bar & Burger was exceptional. The waitstaff was very busy, yet maintained positive, welcoming attitudes. The burgers and sandwiches were perfectly prepared. We could carry on a conversation without having to yell across the table. The drinks - including a Great milkshake! - were spot-on. The total bill was in a very acceptable range. Parking was a breeze, using the convention center and street parking. All this - on New Year’s Eve! This has become one our go-to’s when looking for a nice centrally-located restaurant.

   The yacht drink was amazing!!!! I enjoyed the salmon salad and my husband had a burger with fries. Our server Maurice was the best!

   They were out of the dish I originally ordered, service was a bit slow and would recommend making reservations on a weekend. Burger was done correctly but cold. Good for beer and apps!

    Nice place. Good for burgers and fries. Comfortable. Good service. Has great hours. So many places downtown are either closed on Mondays and Tuesday’s or not open until 4:00. Kudos to Bills Bar they are open all afternoon.

    Restaurant was moderately busy. I stood at the hostess stand for 15 minutes before I was greeted. I was ready to leave when someone finally approached me. Server was attentive to my requests, but the server took 10 minutes to greet me at the table. My meal was simply a bowl of chili and a salad. Not complicated. I am not one to need lightning fast service, but I was just a single diner and I was the restaurant far too long. Well over an hour. I keep giving the place a chance, but the other three times I dined here this year made for similar experiences. Underwhelming dining experience.

    The waiter was the highlight! He tried hard to deliver a great experience in a place that you can now find in any mall or large chain. The wings were so greasy my son who eats anything refused to eat them. The menu says fresh ground burgers and I will give them a maybe. If they are fresh ground something is going wing and if they are frozen you could give them a better bun with no effort. The quest dip is best eaten with a straw! Even more interesting the website, the walls, and a card ON OUR TABLE had happy hour deals. We asked and were told it was too late. It was 6:15 and all the signs said until 7:00. The waiter was nice and said he would go ask. He came back and said we are in the wrong section. I asked why the table card and he couldn’t answer. Not his fault very poor management. Last comment spend $100 anywhere else.

    No one came to our table for over 20 minutes when we got there so we left. Didn't eat or get a drink. Was there over a year ago and service wasn't great then either but the food was decent back then.

    This is our 3rd time here. While the burgers are great, the server (Jen) and Manager (Mike) were absolutely rude and a train wreck. We had a member of our party that has a severe gluten allergy. Our server really had no clue but acted like she did. Ordered a burger with no bun. Food came out on a bun. Jen took it back, burger without a bun came out, but fires all over it. We already told her no fries. She gave us major attitude and said things like "I don't make the meals I just bring them out". Sure, but you know what we ordered and brought it anyway. 2 minutes later it came out with fries removed. Clearly they just wiped the fries off but the burger is contaminated. She threw the plate down and said "here!" While complaining to the manager, she was giving us attitude and Mike did nothing to correct her. She even waved to us and said "Bye Bye", like get out of my face. Still no correction. This went on for 20 minutes. The manager never came over to us to tell us what he was going to do about the situation. The server was still going around doing tasks. She should have been removed from the restaurant for the way she was behaving. I went to the manager to find out what was happening. We needed to leave He said he was working on our discount and that he was sorry we were sitting there with no communication. He should have been all over us while this was happening. He told me he had many problems going on and was doing his best. He is not a manager. She should have been fired. I guarantee you Jen is still working there. We will never be going back there.

    We had a table of 13. Server Maurice was excellent and very accommodating. Pretzel bites and quac were very good. The burger was good but I do not recommend the sweet potato fries.

    Great location since I work in the Federated tower. Guests came from London. We had a few drinks and appetizers and only one hour between meetings. Service was great and food came out quickly.

    I come to Bill’s for the creative food and outstanding service. Always willing to accommodate all my guests requests in a timely manner. Bill’s Bar and Burger never disappoints! Great place for a business luncheon.
