    An unreal experience from start to finish! Slightly different than their location in Bogota, which added to the excitement. Each dish was well thought out and explained beautifully by the staff, who act more as story tellers guiding you through a journey of exploding flavors. The entire staff was incredible and extremely attentive. The food is exquisite and they don’t take themselves too seriously as you will find throughout the journey. It’s not just about the taste, it’s an experience that requires the use of all of your senses, which makes it even more enjoyable. Juanma knocks it out of the park.

    We were there for the “Experience Menu” dinner that contained 16 os so courses so I’m only speaking for that part. To be completely honest the menu can use a bit of tweaking. Less sweet and more savory, especially in the first half of dishes. The biggest issue we had was the fact that most courses that came before savory foods were too sweet. Five courses out of sixteen were excellent. Particularly enjoyed the lamb chop and a lobster tale. I would definitely take out the empty empanada shells out of the menu or fill them with an actual crabmeat. Also the chocolate course was not comfortable to consume. I don’t mind eating with my hands but licking plates and hands is a bit much. Service was excellent and selection of drinks and high end hard liquors is impressive. I really hope that management does address the issues we found having with food.

    The Bar Experience was a blast. The dishes and cocktails were outstanding. Fun ingredients e.g., soursop, butterfly pea. Beautiful presentation - I normally don’t photograph food, but couldn’t help myself… Sebastian, our bartender, was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and professional. He did a great job. Beautiful bar and ambiance as well. Highly recommend!

    I’ve been to just about every (one) Michelin starred restaurant in Miami and El Cielo stands above the rest, no question. The experience, service, food, flavors, presentation - is peerless. This wasn’t my first time going and they gave me and my partner a magical night we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. Colombian magical realism so good García Márquez couldn’t write it better.

    The food is delicious. The experience is outstanding. Service is impeccable and the waiters are very knowledgeable about the food that is being served. Would love to visit again. Absolutely amazing experience. Would definitely recommend.
