Located in Uptown, the third location of Uchi made its debut in 2015. Melding the best offerings of Chef Tyson Cole’s first three restaurants (Uchi Austin, Uchiko, and Uchi Houston), the menu includes hot and cold tastings, makimono, yakimono, tempura, sushi, and sashimi. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

    Uchi Dallas has been a staple for us when visiting Texas. Between the food and ambiance, it’s the perfect outing for a date night with your partner, family, or friends. Have been going for the past 3 years. Thank you to Zang for a great experience. Very personable and clear understanding of the both menus (food/drink).

    The service is horrible, this was my second time dining here and nothing has changed. The food took 2 hours to come out fully, there were very long wait times in between our courses. Sashimi is great but the rest of the food is just good, I will not be returning.

    We had good experience overall. The waitress we had had moments of interaction with the table next to us. although it was our first time dinning here we were decisive on our selections once we got an overview of the concept. We were celebrating our anniversary and wasn’t demanding at all - the valet and hostess were excellent being in on my surprise for my wife. Just a little more attentiveness from our waitress and I mean she wasn’t rude- but definitely showed more attention to the table next to us. It was obvious and apparent with a few check in’s on that table without asking if we were okay or needed anything.

    LOVE the food, especially the Uchi salad. Service by Vera Lynn was great. She knows we don't like to eat sugar so she brought us a tinys sample of a cocktail she made that was great. We find that food and service are normally great. It's not a restaurant we'll frequent regularly bc of the price point. BUT, when we go we know we are going to enjoy it.
