Ayana was great! And so was the food
It was a good experience. My second time there. But the octopus taco was a disappointment , the texture, and it was to soggy, chewing on it just threw me off. I recommend that the octopus should be cut up into the taco, Instead of having a whole piece.
I have eaten here many many times but this time out of 3 entrees , 2 came out cold so we did not enjoy the food ... however i will say this was the first time its happened and the food is usually good... Maybe they need more staff on a Friday to remedy this.
Miti Miti and the entire staff were outfitted for Halloween fun, with holiday craft cocktails (witch’s brew) and food specials. A fun surprise for my mom and I, who were in town for a show at the Barclays (not a far walk but we Uber-ed back due to rain). Drinks were good, but a long wait until they hit our table. Food was excellent; guacamole & chips, shrimp ceviche & tacos. Staff was friendly and super happy. Good vibes, definitely recommend.
Yummy find and an easy walk to Barclays center. The margaritas were fantastic and the coconut shrimp tacos were the best I have ever had!
Great menu. And thankfully, you can have a conversation in the restaurant. We'll be back.
The cauliflower was amazing!!! and the tacos!!!!!
Overall great experience, went there before an event at the Barclays Center which is nearby. Food was great, drinks didnt disappoint and I would definitely go back.
Love this place. Had a beautiful birthday experience there with my friends. Our waiter Adrel? was attentive and very charismatic.
Miti Miti is one of our all-time favorite restaurants. The food, atmosphere, and service are all outstanding!
Amazing food and ambiance . Kid friendly cocktails are on point . Fun
This place was pretty good. The food is really good. The chips and salsa are perfect. But it's a little loud and a little young, and the service could definitely be faster. However, our waitress was very sweet.
The space feels, sounds and promotes itself like a chi-chis. The food is only slightly better than this. It is very loud, and the tables are extremely close together. We had to ask 3 other tables to adjust in order to get in and out.
The place itself was outstanding, their decorations are fun to look at. Food was great, drinks were strong
Restaurant was so fun!!! Excellent cocktails and guacamole. Vibe was really fun. Great decor.
Food was horrible
I usually sit in the same waiter's section and he is so personable and friendly, very attentive and out going, regardless of how busy it is in the restaurant. Today was the same.
Our waitress charged us regular price for tacos at happy hour and wouldn’t have changed it if we didn’t realize and ask a different waiter
Love Miti Miti , I've been there a few times love the music and my pitchers of frozen margaritas
Service was good, place is extremely noisy. Tables not spaced out properly, we were squeezed between two larger parties, and were constantly bumped into whenever someone had to get up. Felt very uncomfortable, and decided to cut our meal short. Considering the cost of food and drinks, I feel there are better options available.
Would have been great if we had been asked if we wanted dessert before the check was brought
Also, very loud - would have been better if it was medium volume level
Great food and great ambiance. Waitress could be a bit friendlier and work on their customer service skills.
Great food, awesome service !
The food is very good and the servers are nice - no attitudes. Second time here - during a much busier time given the holiday weekend. They state the last seating for the booze brunch is 3:30 so even though we thought we would make it for 3:15 we gave ourselves some cushion and made the reservation for 3:30. So we walk in early and were told we had to wait which was expected. However, we were not sat until 3:45 and then we were told the kitchen was changed over for dinner service only. All I wanted was a waffle but now I know for next time. We'll be back!
Overall I had a very good experience. Food was good, wait staff was friendly and accommodating. My only critique is the drinks took a long time to get to us.
Good and drinks was awesome! Had the Tamarind margarita which was surprisingly good! Mushroom croquettes very good and so was the Mahi Mahi
Miti Miti is definitely worth checking out if you're in the neighborhood! It's a short walk from Barclays Center, so it's a perfect spot before or after an event! Make a reservation though, because this place is worth the hype and can get a little busy, especially on weekends! I ordered the Camarones a La Diabla and also had the VIP Boozy Brunch! Unlimited sangritas for the win!!! Sangria + margarita = SANGRIA aka GENIUSSS!!!
Delicious food and great vibe. The menu has a ton of options and their happy hour lasts forever
The food and drinks are always great and our waitress was such a sweetheart and put up with all of our nonsense.
Very bad experience. Expected so much better. Management is poor
I prefer their sister restaurant bogata better. The food was just ok. My drink was not that great they were a little watered down. I didn’t think they prices were bad for the food but I don’t think I’ll b back
I booked a table for 9 on Open Table. Careful, they add gratuity on to the bill and the server pays more attention to smaller parties. I arrived with my party right on time - the host declared she “doesn’t have any reservations” but she could seat us. The same host was also our server, and after taking drink and appetizer orders we had to struggle to see her again. The appetizers came slowly one at a time and we had to struggle to get the server to take out orders for entrees. The entrees took more than 45 minutes to arrive. We literally watched people sit down, order, and leave while we waited. Food was so-so and barely warm. Came to find out when the bill came the tip was included at 20% (service was far below that) , AND non-alcoholic drinks like lemonade are $12 a pop - very pricey team meal and extremely disappointing.
I liked it.
We had a great time. Kristy our server was excellent. The food from Alberto our chef tasty and scrumptious. It was so much fun! Going again soon.
Our server was just as amazing as the food. We dined during late night on a weekend just trying out the place for the first time. Insta worthy food as well. We'll be back!
I was a little upset that I noted it was my friends birthday and the restaurant didn't do anything to acknowledge that. It was busy so a few items that we ordered were forgotten, just seemed a bit scrambled an wasn't quite the experience I was looking for. Food was good though -
Food and drinks were good. We had a horrible server who messed up our order and gave us pork nachos instead of chicken and when I noted to him that I was allergic to pork he said it was our fault??? Anyway the manager was really great about it and gave us a complimentary dessert.
I’ve been using open table for years and just had the absolute worst experience ever. We arrived at the restaurant. The hostess (Shay) rudely told us that they gave our table away already since we were late. 2 minutes is not late in New York and I was under the impression restaurants would wait 15 minutes before seating others. There was a table that would fit our group open next to the hostess stand and I asked if we could be seated there. She said they were holding it for another group that was coming - which they clearly didn't do for us. We had to wait for 50 minutes. What was the point of even making an opentable reservation? And on top of that, the hostess was rude and unapologetic. Please convey this feedback to the restaurant. They should be aware that their hostess is incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Awesome spot, will definitely be going back this week 😍😝😛😜🤤
It was ok, it wasn't bad, but also not the best. I ordered a Margareta with no salt, it came with salt, sent it back and they had clearly just pour it from one glass to another to then the entire drink just tasted of salt! Service was a little slow too despite it not being overly busy.
