   いわゆるしゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題のお店です。 特にシェラトンにあるかと言って美味しいわけでもなく、いい肉を使っているということもありません。 スタッフもホテルのレストランで仕事をするための研修は受けていないと思われ、ファミレスかそれ以下の対応です。こちらから声をかければ対応してくれますが、プロアクティブに気を利かせて対応してくれることはありません。 近所のファミレスに行ったと思って、過度の期待をしなければ普通に食事ができます。ファミレスにしては価格は高いです。

   平日利用もあり、人も居なかったせいか サービス等は問題なく快適に過ごせました。 また次回ホテル滞在の際には利用すると思います。

   食べているのに何のことわりもなく従業員が青いビニール手袋を装着した手でこれから飲もうとしている飲み物のカップをどけてトレーと皿を片付けていった。不潔なビニール手袋で触られた飲み物には 気持ち悪くて触れなかった。　シェラトンホテルにしては通年営業でない為かレストランの従業員のマナーがよろしくない。しゃぶしゃぶの肉は牛肉を注文したのにマトンを出されて出汁がマトン臭に染まってしまった。

   他の口コミではかなり評価が悪かったですが、自分たちはかなり満足しました。高い天井に綺麗な内装、窓からはナイター中のゲレンデが見えました。スタッフも親切だったし、しゃぶしゃぶもタレが選べて良かった。デザートもチョコレートファウンテンやソフトクリームがあり、ソフトドリンクの種類も豊富でした。時間制限もなく、ゆっくりできました。

   Conveniently located at Sheraton which is next to the mountain center so it was easy for us to go to the restaurant right after our ski. There’s a time limit of 90 min for the buffet so make sure your whole group has arrived before heading in. Good to make reservations before going. Limited variety of buffet items but good enough for time limit given. Quality of food was average.

    It was a terrible experience. The Shaba Shaba was a shambu shambu. The variety was very limited and the quality was worse. One look and you knew you had made the wrong decision. It costed US$50 per pax but what you got was US$10 and even that, it was not worth it ; if we knew ( there were 9 of us ), we would NOT have proceeded but we were so hungry and had no other booking at other restaurants during the peak period. The broth was poor, there was no taste at all and in the end, most of us just dunk in vege bcos everything else did not look fresh. In the first place, there was not much to choose. The meat choices were fatty and questionable. The desserts, cakes, etc, were dry and lacking in flavour except just being sugary. The pastries were old and cold. Worse of all, we could not find ANYONE in the restaurant to feedback to. And mind you, this is the 5-star Sheraton Hotel that we are talking about. It was a total SCAM.
