   The food quality was not fresh, pasta and meat very chewy. I got sick that night. Menu looked good but actual food was bad. Disappointed. Staff was amazing.

   We had a wonderful dinner! The service was excellent and food suggestions were outstanding. We had the veal ravioli as an appetizer which was a wonderful suggestion by our server! If we are ever back in Santa Fe there will definitely be a return visit!

   We were seated in a room with tons of elementary kids, the only table without kids. We are 4 women on a ladies trip. The room was so loud, we couldn’t talk and enjoy our wine. They wouldn’t move us. They only care about making money, they serve so so food at expensive prices. Avoid……

   The service was super great with Larry as our waiter. All aspects of our dining experience at Osteria was beyond our expectations. The owner, Lino, came by our table a couple of times to check on us and Larry was wonderful and attentive to our wants and needs. I would highly recommend Osterias for a most enjoyable dining experience!

    The food was terrible, the service was terrible, the prices were terribly high for the poor quality of food. I would not recommend this place to anyone. None of the food was fresh. Wasted over $100 on an appetizer and 2 entrees.

    We had a very nice experience at Osteria. We ordered the capellini with shrimp special and it was flavorful but dry. We both ordered calamari and one order was half the size of the other?🤷‍♀️

    Service was very slow and server was aloof and abrupt— walked to our table and said “Drinks? Appetizers?” Food quality was fine, but I expected better. Good portion sizes. This is a loud space, and one table had loud children with them, making the whole dining area particularly loud.

    I think I could have made a better salad, than the sald that I ordered. The main course which was Pappardelle Funghi E Fonduta was not what I expected, it lacked flavor. The dessert was nothing impressive. For me it was not worth what I payed.

    Our server, Larry, was wonderful. He was attentive, very friendly and knowledgeable. I had the veal picatta and it was just okay, not outstanding. The restaurant is attractive and has a very nice wine selection. This was our first time here and I was not overly impressed with the food. But I will give it another chance as the decor is lovely and the wait staff is excellent.

    It was our first time at Osteria - perfect NM ambiance. I like a restaurant with several small rooms rather that a large open space. The gentleman who served us was both attentive and helpful and I’m guessing the manager who helped him was also terrific. The dishes were well presented and very tasty - we will be coming back.

    I didn’t want to believe the reviews… stay away. Service for a $$$ white table cloth restaurant was mediocre at best. They didn’t know basic etiquette. Then the food took two hours to show up… and they kept serving us burnt bread baskets to make up for the wait. If we didn’t have four starving teenagers with us, we would have left. For the price per entree… $30-$45 each, the portions were small. I’ve never been to an Italian restaurant where I finished my meal. I usually root for the underdog given the previous negative reviews… this is not one I would give my business to again.

    We dined in on Valentines Day. Food was fantastic, but I didn’t appreciate the fact that the server rushed us to order all of our food at once because the restaurant was busy. Otherwise, everything was good - I just would’ve liked to take my time ordering and reviewing the menu.

    Our waiter was less than what you would expect. He complained about how much money we were spending when not everyone at the table ordered the entire holiday menu. He was sarcastic. On the web site we were told we could order from the usual menu or the special menu for Valentines Day. When someone at the table attempted to order from the main menu he discouraged them from doing so. Our service was also slow. When we placed our order we specially told him that the bill would be divided between the two couples. When the bill came it was one bill. He was obviously upset with having to separate the checks and it took him several attempts to get it right.

    WE arrived for our reservation and they could not find it in their system, although I had replied to Open Table e mail saying we would be there. They seated us immediately anyway and we had an enjoyable Valentines dinner with friends. The portions for the pasta were small but everything was tasty!~

    The ambiance is wonderful. Have eaten here before Covid and loved it, but now sadly it fell short of the last time there. Prices are rather high for what you get. We had the seafood and pasta dish which the server recommended that was excellent. Also ordered the vegetable (“vegetarian”) entree which was small and rather tasteless. Oh well one out two great! Dessert was so so. Tiramisu was fresh and excellent! The other supposedly decadent chocolate dessert was not so good. Service was excellent! A hit and miss dining experience for the money.

    Food was ok; bit of a disappointment. Wine prices are outrageous, some priced three times actual retail pricing. Some wine in wine list not available. Tables are close to each other and easy to hear other’s conversations. Noise level increased accordingly to number of persons in place of business. Service was good.

    This was our first time, so maybe just an off night but all three entrees were quite bland. Maybe ok for Olive Garden but not at these prices. Ambiance, however, was nice.

    My husband was served the wrong entree, the veal dish. The veal was tough! When he told the staff, they corrected the error and the fish was delicious.

    Apps & dessert were very, very good, beautiful presentation & tasty. Service was attentive, though staff touched glass drinking rims with same fingers used to clear dirty dishes which was pretty gross. Main courses were below average; really disappointing. Tenderloin was tough and gristle-y, & accompanying biscuit-thing was hard; gravy was corn-starchy and barely warm. Seafood pasta was bland & not much seafood. Beautiful space, though loud & crowded. NYE menu w/ 1 drink each w/ tax & tip came to $330. Won’t be back, 😬
