   Rob was excellent and one of the best servers I have experienced in a while. Difficulty getting a large reservation even though some tables were empty and ours could have seated the two extra we needed. Steaks were very good but service better.

   We had a wonderful dining experience at 1700 Steakhouse in the Harrisburg Hilton. From the moment we were seated, our waiter was attentive and genuinely committed to ensuring everything was perfect. The freshly baked, herb-infused bread was warm, aromatic, and simply delicious. We started with the wedge salad, which was crisp and refreshing—a great way to begin the meal. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, seasoned beautifully, and incredibly tender. The sweet potato wedges were a delicious surprise—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with just the right touch of sweetness and a little heat. The lobster mac and cheese, while decent, didn’t quite match the high standard set by the rest of the meal—I’ve definitely had better elsewhere. Overall, it was an enjoyable evening, and I wouldn’t hesitate to dine here again. Given that I stay at the Hilton periodically, I’m sure I’ll be back for another round.

   We celebrated our 32nd anniversary with two steaks and a wonderful dessert. Our server was very attentive, and the food was excellent!

   I will definitely come back to 1700 steakhouse Joseph was our waiter. He was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about the menu he kept our beverages refilled. Our food was exceptionally good. We had the 16 ounce ribeye. It was cooked to perfection very tender . The bread was very good. The broccolini was very good. The fingerling potatoes was very good the Caesar salad does not look like much but when I tell you, it was absolutely delicious., it was absolutely delicious🔥. A 10 out of 10 I will definitely go again!

   This is the best steak in the city of Harrisburg. I had the 8 oz. filet medium well and it was prepared perfectly. The place has a very upper-end feel- like a steakhouse or restaurant in a much larger city such as Chicago or L.A. The service and staff were exceptionally polite and polished.

   I am usually leery of hotel restaurants but this is surely an exception. Great food and excellent service. Highly recommend.

   Celebrated our 29th anniversary here. Place was amazing, food was on point and portions abundant, our server was very attentive and detail oriented. The manager brought out a complementary desert board . Five star experience, will def be back.

   AS usual the steaks were done to perfection, we had some members of our group that never ate there before, our server was very patient explaining the menu tablet used to order dinner.

    Twelve of us were there for a very special family event that happened to be in Harrisburg. We stayed at the Hilton and made reservations at 1700 for convenience sake, so imagine our surprise at how outstanding the meal was. Mike was our server — he was friendly professional, knowledgeable and added to the enjoyment of our meal. The menu has tremendous variety and flexibility. The items, were fresh, high quality and well-prepared with complex, interesting flavors. We had both steaks and seafood and all were excellent. I am sugar free by choice but the skillet brownie dessert had me rethinking that position! A very memorable family evening made all the better by the ambiance, perfect pacing and exemplary service. Will definitely be back!
