The usual pre-game dining. Antonio was our server and he was excellent; very attentive. I heartily recommend the Philly Cheesesteak dip.

Had to wait 10 minutes before a server came. That’s unusual. They’re usually very prompt. Food was good as usual.

We dined here before going to the Vegas Knights game. The happy hour is amazing and it’s right next to the venue seems like a no brainer. I told all my friends about this place because it was so amazing. Service was impeccable. Thank you for a great night!

We went to Toms Urban twice. The first time was great, food was exceptional, service, no complaints other than we hardly saw our waitress. The second time we went was awful. There was 4 of us and 2 of the burgers were flavorless and then 2 of us got the breakfast platter and everything was burnt and hard and dry. The server was much better though. The second time was such a disappointment especially for our last meal in Vegas. If you are going to eat here the food seems inconsistent.

We took family there who was from out of town. It was their first time visiting Tom's. The food was very good, but a little on the pricey side. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. We had a great table right off the strip, which they were able to accommodate per my request through Open Table. If you're looking for a casual place with lively music off the strip to go to dinner, I would definitely recommend.

Horrible service. Took 10 minutes for waiter to take our order. Food arrived with us having any silverware, napkins, or condiments. Saw him 2 more times the rest of the right.

Our server, Michael, was friendly and helpful. The food did take a bit longer than expected and the price seemed a bit high. Taste of food was great overall and the beverages were really good, too. We all enjoyed the uniqueness of the menu and will return to try something different next time.

Another pre-VGK game meal. Marie was our server. She was outstanding!!! Great beer and I had the All American Burger. It was another great experience at Tom's!

Sat outside on the outdoor patio, great view of the strip. Food was good, the ginger chicken pot sticker salad was amazing although the service was unfriendly and very slow. If you're not in a hurry, try this place.

Our experience for happy hour wasn't so happy. Server forgot our drinks several times, some of the food was warm at best. I'll give them that it was happy hour and I felt the service was fair at best

Probably our last time at Tom’s Urban. Service was absolutely terrible!! We watched multiple tables get up and leave because no one even came by their table. Food wasn’t great...no napkins, no silverware, no refills...etc. Another nice server tried to help ours out but still couldn’t save the day. Took 25 mins just to pay the check! Do yourself a favor and check out the many other awesome restaurants in Las Vegas!!

Stopped in before the hockey game. I think it was Mariana who was our server. Cheerful and attentive. I had the tacos and they were excellent and filling.

Food was good - ordered Pulled Pork sandwich - very good - asked waitress if Cole Slaw was on sandwich and if yes can it be removed and she told me it was all mixed together which I accepted - when sandwich was clear Cole slaw was scooped on top and could have easily been left off. Fortunately was also easy to scrape off. Sandwich was very good. GF got BBQ chicken sliders which she also very much enjoyed.

The staff didn’t want to clear the tables. There were pigeons and bird crap were everywhere because no one was clearing tables and they were eating the food. Good value at happy hour but not sure it was really worth it.

I made a reservation and the restaurant made no effort to accommodate us at the time I selected for the booking. The particular host basically told our group of 6 they had no space for us and we couldn’t eat at the restaurant. Having worked in the industry, it seemed unusual to not at least provide another option or take a name and give, at least, a wait time so I pressed and said we wanted to be classed as a walk-in. After some more miscommunication on the restaurants end, with literally many open tables and 45 mins later, we were then in fact seated at one of the tables we’d be staring at whilst waiting. In summary, the food was great, the server was lovely and the bar staff whilst waiting were welcoming but something went wrong with th this app/reservation and this restaurant.

Very disappointed in the food - not sure why folks are giving such high ratings but a burger or salad at a fast food joint would have been tastier and much cheaper. The burger bun was stale and the large salad came with a small container for dressing which we had to ask for more. Had to ask several times for our drinks to be refilled. Sat at the outside patio and people watched.

We were in Vegas for five days and this was hands down the worst meal we had. The food sucked and our waitress was more interested in watching the football game than serving us. IT was a complete waste of time and money.

Another great meal at Toms. So fortunate to have this local eatery and bar. Always consistent service and food, sometimes hard to get on the Strip. But Tom has done a great job with this establishment and has the right people running it for him.

Food quantity and quality was good, but service was so slow, and the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. Perhaps it was just our server who was slow (Oscar) because the others looked like they were on their toes.

Never got a chance to try anything or even get in. They canceled my reservation due to a total buy out. 😡 So we were left empty handed and had to scramble for a last minute reservation elsewhere.
