Great menu and great food! Adults and children both truly enjoyed. Staff very attentive and accommodating, we make sure to go here at least once (sometimes twice) on our Hershey trips!

I’ve been wanting to try this place on a Hershey trip for a few years now. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The menu was small, not sure if this was COVID related or not, but it was surprising given the reputation of this restaurant. The food was not overly impressive when it arrived although I will say the portions were more than ample. Dessert was the biggest hit of the evening and certainly saved the day and my rating. Here’s 3 stars for peanut butter pie!

I visited with family during the pandemic! I have to say the cuisine was amazingly prepared and my great nieces enjoyed their selections as well! My cocktails and the food was excellent par excellent. The customer service and staff took excellent care of us and for that I’m extremely grateful! We enjoyed our stay at Hershey Lodge and our 2 visits to the Hershey Grill!

Online review made the place look way nicer then it was. The atmosphere inside was a diner style atmosphere I was less then impressed with the restaurants looks or service but I must say the food was good. I had the salmon entree and it was great. The crab soup was awesome as well. My wife enjoyed her sandwich. I would eat here again but not for my anniversary. Don’t think it is a nice place for a special occasion if you you go here but don’t skip it if you just want a good everyday dinner.

We were seated on the patio close to a wall hung speaker. The music ( really non-music) was awful. We could hardly stand one more minute of it. Stuffed next to the speaker was an old bird’s nest...unappetizing.

Everything was PERFECT with my first in-restaurant dining experience post-COVID. Spaced out tables, masks worn by all employees, food was EXCELLENT (I recommend the burger, double meat, add bacon!) and make sure to ask for bread with CHOCOLATE BUTTER mmmmmmmmm. GO and ENJOY. Outdoor dining was also available.

Very nice evening at the Hershey Grill. The grilled salmon was excellent. My husband had the New York strip and it was cooked perfectly. If the weather allows, sit on the patio. The outdoor area is very nice.

Not terrible but close. The food was actually decent, it was the condition of the table, booth & service that was lackluster. The table wasn’t dirty but definitely not as clean as it should be. There were no utensils or napkins on the table & they weren’t brought over before or right after food was delivered. No napkins either......how do you not see there are no napkins on the table?

Reservations for patio. Upon arrival we were told no outdoor seating due to weather forecast. We were uncomfortable w indoor seating due to Covid. Had to get take out because they refused to seat us outdoors.

Diane, our server, wore her mask the entire time, was very respectful concerning social distancing, menus, beverages, etc. She was attentive, but not hovering and kept our beverages filled. Our salads arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were exactly what we ordered. Everything was delicious!

The outdoor patio was lovely, very comfortable. A little disappointed, the meal I ordered was supposed to have garlic mashed potatoes, when the meal came, I got some dried up oven roasted potatoes......everything else was delicious though..... the crab and corn soup was delicious.

The patio is great, open and enjoyable. The entree’s were all very good. The Caesar salad however looked and tasted like it would be served at a diner, really didn’t fit with the rest of the experience. If you looking for salads Per Diem in Lititz which also has a good patio is a much better bet.

Food was great our server was polite and engaging. We ate with our grandson he was spoken to and valued. The only issue was we needed to request dining utensils. I excuse this as the restaurant had just opened two days prior due to the pandemic
