Such a disappointing experience. It was super upscale looking from appearances. I wanted something special since it was my daughter's birthday. The food was low budget, fried, americana food, which looked like it came from a stand AND there were fruit flies everywhere... all over the food and in my drink. My daughter just started school nearby, so we just don't know where "to go" yet. Can definitely check this off of the list.

This restaurant was a great find and withing walking distance of the Theater District. Food was very yummy. VERY impressed with all the Gluten-Free options. Every dish could be prepared gluten-free, on the spot, without calling ahead. ALL the desserts come gluten-free, even the Tiramisu. That being said, the Tiramisu was disappointing. They also brought 2 baskets of bread to the table, regular & gluten-free. The pasta was delicious and clearly homemade. The noise level was way too loud. We were at a table for 4 and I could not hear the person diagonally across from me.

We got the feeling to disturb the staff ! They removed the plates while one of the guest hadn’t finished… Moreover the Quality and the quantity were disappointing

This place is a GEM. Beautiful ambiance; friendly, accommodating service; DELICIOUS food. Everyone in our party had dietary restrictions and this place openly offers gluten free and vegan modifications. I had the puttanesca and it was beautifully plated and superb. My sister had the crusted halibut and she loved it. My sibkid had the portobello flatbread with vegan cheese and although it looked small when it first came out, they said it was so delicious that it hit the spot perfectly. We didn’t have dessert, but they are all gluten free and looked delicious from afar. All in all, a great experience.

Food was okay but there were little flies around us the whole time. We had to take turns eating while the other waved away the flies. They replaced our drink that a fly flew into though!

My family and I have been to Bistango on 3 separate occasions. We absolutely love it there. The food is delicious, everything we have eaten there has been great. I have a gluten allergy, and I have never gotten sick eating here. The service is also incredible. Each time we've gone the servers are top notch. They are so accommodating to my gluten allergy. They are great at making recommendations. The wine is also fantastic! I also think the prices are very affordable for the city. It is very clean and it is quiet. The bathrooms are also very clean. I highly recommend this restaurant especially for people with a gluten allergy. Every time we travel into the city we will eat at Bistango!

We were looking for a gluten free dining experience and Bustango delivered. The menu is totally gluten free , choose anything. The selections were wide ranging, including appetisers and entrees and Pasta to chicken Parmigana. Food was excellent and service friendly and prompt with some conversation.

The food and the atmosphere was excellent. The service was very subpar. Also, the server was very loud out in the lobby area talking to guests. Excruciatingly loud. I would definitely go again. Have grave concerns about the service. Perhaps short staffed because of the holiday?

The food is fantastic. I got spinach ravioli- gluten free. They even brought a separate plate of gluten free bread with hummus before our entrees arrived. My husband got regular pasta and said it was amazing. I highly recommend.
