Best value you can have at this resort. Saturday night's buffet with oysters and shrimps and local meats is very tasty.

The buffet is pricey but if you like seafood it was definitely worth the $55. The service was fantastic and the chef was amazing. He was able to accommodate a dairy, nut, and wheat allergy. It made for an amazing dinner and a very happy child.

We went for Friday night buffet, as I recalled last time I went the food was amazing. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money. For the price, not worth it. You are better off going to a nice à la carte Restaraunt. The cheese offering was sparse, onl 3different cheeses with a few grapes. There were no buns. 2 green salads, a few prepared salads. The main courses....the only food that was palatable was a Currie lamb. There was no rice, potatoes or vegetables to eat wit your main course. Other offerings included a salmon that had been sitting too long, a Peking duck that was dark brown and did not look edible, a paella that smelled awful (I was going to use some rice from there with my lamb but it smelled so bad I passed, and a noodle dish, not sure what it was. They also had thes3 chicken fingers that looked burnt. The only thin my daughter ate was Mac and cheese. The dessert offering was not great either. It was ok. Nothing outstanding.

Last time we had went it was amazing. They had a nice pasta bar, roast beef, etc. Nice chees3 table, some nice breads, it as really nice. I was wondering why the Restaraunt was not busy, but I think it was the food, not the fact that the hotel was not busy. The redeeming factor, our waitress was very nice and attentive. 245 for 2 adults 1 child. Wine 40$

We had been to the buffet many years ago when much more elegant display and tables. Food is still great but less selection and restaurant feels like a cafeteria. Need some table clothes for a starter.

with some reservation, i would recommend Le Comptoir. Buffet style made a group dinner easy, service was great, food was good and plentiful. Cost however was higher than need be. Our seating arrangement left us sitting part way through a heavily traveled doorway. Indeed, this is a casual environment and the food is as mentioned above, good, but neither reflects the cost per person. I would recommend more vegan, and non dairy offerings. Pasta and tomato sauce does not a vegan meal make.

On s,attendait vraiment à plus que ça la nourriture à mon avis n,avait pas de goût , la soupe à l,oignon était fade et ma salade césar était composé seulement de coeur pas de feuille le saumon lui était parfait, seul point positif . Le service excellent

So impress with the waitress, never need to find her, she magically appeared to clear our plates with clean cutlette, refill water and juice, always with smile. Amazing with this type of services for brunch/buffer type dining. Very impress, gave extra 5% tips

Avoid this restaurant if you are a family which is a shame because its geared for family dining. I booked the restaurant and turned up 10 minutes early. I was advised to wait in the bar with my family (including 4 children) but was advised shortly after sitting down that the children could not stay with us as it was a licensed area. This despite a baby sitting next to us. There was no where to wait. The restaurant manager offered us a glass of cheap sparkling wine to compensate but I think it misses the point. The target market for the restaurant has no where to sit prior to going into the restaurant. A rethink is necessary for this hotel and its F&B facilities.

We enjoyed the Christmas Day buffet. The appetizers were very good. Apart from the usual salads, there was a lot of seafood: oysters on the shell, shrimp, smoked salmon. The mains were good: prime rib, a turkey dark meat casserole, braised veal, lobster stuffed chicken and Arctic char.

We had a lovely meal Christmas day. Service couldn't be faulted, our waiter was friendly and courteous, providing recommendations on drinks, and locating specific drinks for our children.
It was lovely to meet the chef who was regularly checking on the food (buffet) and when asked about what was suitable for a vegan he went off and prepared additional dishes to ensure we all had plenty of choice.

Nice ambiance. Very good service. Food choice and quality disappointing for the price. I didn't like the desserts (only heavy choices).
It would be good to have plain pasta with the sauce separate instead of already mixed to give more choice.
They were out of 1 of 3 non alcoholic coktails.

We have been going to the Fairmont for supper for the past 8 years. My boyfriend used to love their seafood buffet. Now the menu changed alot. The menu is now too expensive for what you are getting. Not worth it. We will not be returning to this restaurant .

J’ai choisi de retourner à votre buffet basé sur mon expérience d’une année passée. Quelle déception cette année!!! Pas assez de choix, pain pas frais, dessert pas bon.

Just ok. Was really disappointed in the quality and preparation of the food for a Fairmont hotel. Dining room was pretty but the food was boring and the menu quite limited.

Service was good, but variety for a $33 PP brunch was very poor. Also ran out of many items and took a very long time to replenish. No fresh fruit or lighter healthier options. Maple Syrup crepes were a hit!

Hi We were at this restaurant every years for 20 years
And the buffet was gorgeous before
This year you down size the food selection and raise the price
I am a member of the Fairmont hotel
I don’t think We will go back at this restaurant
Sorry.

And I will not advertise this restaurant anymore. Also we went to the pool the next morning after our seances at Amerispa
And we took 2 glasses of wine (gazella white wine ) $47.00 heuuu, it is not I can’t pay, it just it is very to expensive for 2 glasses of gazella wine .
You are killling the mont tremblant fairmont

Nous sommes très déçus de notre visite au buffet du samedi. Ils ont modifié le concept, baissant le coût de 65 à 55$ mais la formule n’est pas gagnante. Avec l’ancienne formule c’était oui un peu cher mais l’expérience était magique. Ex: auparavant il y avait un long comptoir salades/antipasti et un autre aussi long de desserts; Maintenant ces deux sections sont regroupées dans un minuscule comptoir. Ils ont coupé sur la variété en enlevant pétoncles, sushi, condiments, plusieurs variétés de salades et desserts, macarons, etc. Mis à part les huitres fraîches, crevettes poilées et côte de bœuf, la nouvelle formule n’a rien d’exceptionnel. À vous de voir si le prix en faut la peine, moi je dis non. Nous avions très hâte d’y retourner, ce sera malheureusement notre dernière fois.

Rapport qualité-prix décevant ! La qualité est bonne. Pas assez de variétés pour $55 par personne pour le buffet.

De plus, le nouveau concept demande à ce que les plats soient continuellement remplis car ils se vident rapidement. Et malheureusement, ce n'est ps le cas. Les plats sont souvent vides.

Disappointed with food options, taste and temperature sub par, have never been to a buffet that did not offer fruit / not even fruit cocktail from a can!! Desserts were not very sweet or tasty. Did not appreciate waitress moving my infant daughter in feeding chair without asking and did not appreciate she asked the kids directly their age - as 5 and under are free. She did this in front of us the parents, making us feel like we could not be trusted. Our first experience was very disappointing, was customers of Windigo for years. Will not return and do not recommend!

We went in march 2018 for the weekend brunch during a 3 night stay at the Fairmont of skiing. The brunch was extremely limited in selection and the food mediocre at best. Part of the fruit selection was a bowl of oranges, apples and bananas. The small selection of deserts reminded me of Costco.
We paid $39 per person (before Tax and tip) and felt completely and utterly ripped off.

Our family have been eating there for more than 15 years for seasonal ski trips from out of town. We like the elegant environment, friendly service and good choices of buffet items. We had a Saturday night buffet and Sunday morning brunch at this restaurant this past weekend. In general the food is good, but there are a few things that the management may want to pay attention to:
1) at Saturday night buffet, the salad was dry and withered and the vegetable and dressing selections are very limited comparing with the past years.
2) the dessert choice and quality was very poor, not up to the hotel standard and there was no fruits at all. There were actually better dessert quality and selection at the Sunday brunch the next day.

Personally we prefer the old elegant style before the renovation, although the new one is acceptable. But the waiters are very nice as always which has been consistent for the past 15 years.

Sadly not the Friday night buffet of the past. Very limited food selection, presented on a counter with no personal around. Re-heated dishes standing all evening on the counter, that's what it felt like. Leave The Comptoir for the night with no other option.

Nous connaissions déjà le buffet fruits de mer du samedi soir. Nous étions déçus de constater qu'il avait été remplacé par le buffet Montagne et Rivière. Ce nouveau buffet n'est vraiment plus à la hauteur de ce que nous attendons de Fairmont Tremblant. Beaucoup trop dispendieux pour ce qui est offert. En résumé, le choix est très restreint comme plats et l'innovation n'y est pas. Conclusion, nous n'y retournerons plus. C'est malheureux, car c'était un rendez-vous semi-annuel à notre agenda.
