   Had a reservation for 6:30 outside. When I arrived at 6:27 the host told me that there had been a lot of walk ins today so she could only seat me inside. I declined an indoor table as it was 70 degrees in sf and I booked a reservation with the sole purpose of eating outdoors. She said she would give me a call when my table opened up. I never heard from her. I am a long time fan of Perry’s and this was a horrible experience. Why offer reservations if you won’t honor them?

   Great restaurant. Best burger ANYWHERE. The staff is over the top. Love Emily—a fresh voice of care and compassion. A neighborhood feeling whether it is your “hood” or not. Welcome home for all.

   We had a reservation for an outdoor table but no table was made available. We were informed that it would be a 10-15 minute wait, and when that time came and went, we opted to sit inside. We noted other parties who had outdoor reservations had to do the same. When we were leaving, an hour after our reservation time, tables were just opening up outside.

   A special place for our family with many collective memories shared here. Perry's continues to be great on all levels: food, service, accommodations, ambiance, just about everything.

   Best service we have ever experienced. Our waitress was Emily and she was wonderful! Food and ambiance was everything we hoped for. We’ll be back often!

   Our server, Emily is outstanding & professional. I like to dine in her area. She is attentive; watchful but not at all intrusive. Food remains at a high level; prepared as you ask.. like my rare salmon on my salad. It's always nice to see Perry there overseeing it all. Great place, always, SL

    Enjoyed the pot roast and others enjoyed their meals as well. Service was excellent. It is relatively lively atmosphere so there is some noise to contend with. Got noticeably quieter around 8:15
