I love this restaurant! I love that they text you to confirm the reservation, then ask if you have any special requests. We did, and they accommodated us beautifully! The food was awesome, the wine recommendation spot on, and the whole evening was wonderful. I can’t wait to go back!

This was one of several times that I've organized a business dinner at Marta - and it's a firm favorite among my work team. However, this was an off night for your team. Our pizzas were all served cold. Two of my colleagues, who adore and routinely order Marta's stracciatella pizza, were especially disappointed as the cheese seemed straight out of the refrigerator. The wait staff were friendly and concerned, and several people came over to check on us, one offering to re-heat our pizzas while another one insisted that the cheese on the stracciatella 'is supposed to be cold'. It was an unsatisfying experience at an otherwise go-to favorite for us, and I'm not sure that we'll be back any time soon given the way that things went. Still, on the basis of our long-term relationship with Marta, I would continue to recommend it as a good spot for groups - but it will really have to knock my socks off next time for it to remain in our rotation of restaurants.

It was our first time coming into theuhwiiihyxgkjjku j restaurant. We all work in the industry and went in to check it out because a former coworker worker of ours started there. Even with the bias of having our friend as our server, everything was beyond our expectations. Service was a mazing , not just from Joe (who is excellent) , but from the whole team. The Som recommended a great wine for us and all of the dishes were tasty. The scallop appetizer was my favorite, but the fhungi arostiti was also incredible. We also had 2 of the pizzas and both were great, crispy thin crust with just the right amount of toppings. Entree wise, the 4 of us split , the Pork Chop special, the striped bass and the duck. The pork chop was my favorite but everything was so perfectly seasoned and prepared that it was very close

This was the second time we've been to Marta for a work meal. Absolutely delicious - the flavors of the pizzas and appetizers were outstanding. Wine was great. Our servers were fabulous. We will be back.

This restaurant has become my very favorite restaurant in New York. It’s reasonably priced, the food is phenomenal and memorable and the service is consistently outstanding. We will be requesting Caroline again in the future, she made our wonderful visit even better. It’s truly a slam dunk!

My parents were visiting from Italy and they were craving a pizza. This place was nearby their hotel and we gave it a try. To put it with my father words, "this would be a great pizza in Milan - Marta rocks"! Indeed it was an excellent thin crust pizza the same way you find in Northern Italy. Bare in mind though that this is not Pizza Napoletana, but northern Italian! Highly recommened

This was a very enjoyable meal with very good service. I go to Marta with some regularity because it is near my work. Last night the side order of seared greens was the highlight for me - somewhat garlicky, somewhat smoky, and with delicious olive oil. The ricotta with roasted peaches and grilled bread was also very good, though the peaches were not completely ripe. An interesting pizza with zucchini flowers and anchovy oil was inventive and good. I do find it too noisy, although it was possible to have a conversation. I like the no-tipping policy. The coffee is a little on the sour side, which is not a style I prefer.

The pizzas are really excellent with a crust that manages to be a wonderful balance of chewy and crispy. Each time we come we face the question of sharing two pizzas between the two of us versus one pizza and then the chance to share other non-pizza dishes which have always been outstanding.

The service was very friendly and professional...the food was quite good...but the room was quite warm on a hot evening which definitely had an impact on the overall dining experience. They need to upgrade their air conditioning system which they already know is a problem. We left to get dessert elsewhere which was a shame...may try again when it is cooler out!

Went for lunch. Hostess was friendly and gave us a larger table (place wasn't very busy). Appetizers came out quick with the drinks, but, the pizzas came out about an hour later. By that time I needed to return to work so I ate a slice or two and left. Kind of a waste of time. And, for a hundred bucks, the last time it's wasted. Never again.

The space is gorgeous, high ceilings and beautiful light on modern furniture. It oozes modern, sexy. But the staff were fun, approachable. Food was excellent, wine too.
