The bar service was great. Once we got to our table, everything went down hill. It literally took 15 or 20 minutes to get drinks. Some of us didn’t get what we ordered. When we ordered food, it came out fairly promptly. I frequently had to remind our waittress what our drink orders were. And the restaurant was only half-full with other patrons, so I couldn’t figure out the disconnect. We had a good time because we all enjoyed each other but the poor service was a distraction.
Great atmosphere great food! Staff seemed a bit stressed out. Was not too busy. But all staff seemed very frazzled which lost a bit of their professionalism. The host for our table was great and didn't seem stressed. But the lady who sat us down didn't give much eye contact was very focused on things going around and was very short and rushed off and other staff were dropping things while rushing around. These things make customers think something is going wrong. But all customers seemed quite relaxed. Love the food!! Definitely recommend for the food! Great serving sizes great mood lighting
Overall great experience. Excellent service. Fun Asian fusion food.
The food is an incredible fusion of flavors that reflect the French iIndochina era. Absolutely delicious and different.
Service was somewhat inattentive until it came to closing out the check. Once the server placed the check down there were multiple check backs.
Great place. Great food - service is excellent. Owner was there and takes care that everything is perfect. Not another place like this in Atlanta
Too expensive for quality of food. Not very flavorful. Service was slow. Ambience was good though for quiet conversation
The service and food was great. Complimentary parking was a pleasant bonus.
Such a nice experience that we booked a large event there later in the week. Seriously, the food is AMAZING!
One of our favorites!
Not authentic. Sweet and salty food
Food is outstanding. Great service. We try to eat there monthly.
The food was a little sweeter than we remember ... less Erican - More Vietnamese would be better
Interior design well suited to Vietnamese restaurant scene. Filled with millennials. Energetic atmosphere but loud. Food quality and originality ok. Poor, rushed, uninterested server. For us not worth the trip downtown.
I like their restaurant concept and ambiance - a little of old Vietnam and a twist on their classic dishes. But I left hungry. Still, it's good for a try.
Our waitress was amazing and gave us her favorites and tips. I truly enjoyed the food, especially the wonton dumplings.
I’ve taken so many people to Lê Fat over the past two years and this last visit was awful all around. The menu has changed but the dishes I typically order were bad. Over cooked or dry and flavourless. I won’t go again.
Love this place! It is one of my go-to places for dinner.
Amazing food!! I was hesitant about going but my service was great and so was my food. I had the Drunken noodles and my friend had the Curry Chicken. Can't wait to go back.
Food was excellent as always. We will be back! Only thing I’d change is to have a bigger wine list.
The fried chicken is as good as everyone says. We were pleasantly surprised at how delicious the curry was as well. The spicy green beans were DELICIOUS and a must-order. The service was also spot on - gracious, attentive, helpful and quick. We look forward to going back.
We had the steamed dumplings, vietnamese chicken curry, pork belly bowl, ginger yuzu cocktail and the chocolate torte. The steamed dumplings and chicken curry were so flavorful, well-seasoned, delicious, and beautifully prepared and presented. While the presentation was beautiful, the pork belly bowl was underwhelming in terms of flavors and textures (dry meat, with dry rice, with dried garlic and other herbs on top, with some broccolini). The yuzu flavor was strong in the cocktail and I found it too sweet, but my dinner companion loved it. The chocolate torte was rich. It's simple, dense, fudgy, rich, chocolate shaped into a pie slice. Delicious, but a complete 180 from the inventive, flavorful, colorful, ambitious appetizers and entrees.
Loved the food. Our server Renata was attentive and the food was great
Out for dinner with a friend. Service was excellent across the board. All staff were very attentive to and noticeably accommodating toward the needs of the guests. Even the greetings and farewells were great. Always a wonderful experience.
Tasty and delicate portions of Vietnamese food
I've had many good experiences in the past and always enjoy the drunken noodles, however the service on Saturday night was lacking at best. My date and I enjoyed the food and ambiance, but this couldn't make up for the lack of service - once seated it went downhill...
This used to be a favorite of mine , however after returning after some time, we were disappointed. The appetizers and salads were very bland-not flavorful Vietnamese you’d expect. The entrees are the only items that lived up to their previous quality. May need to find another venue ?
We’ll be back very soon!! The food was delicious! I can’t stop thinking about the chicken clay pot dish’s crispy rice.
Fabulous! We had a wonderful time! Will definitely be back!
Always delicious! The drunken noodles are my favorite. And the vietnamese coffee is delicious.
We had a great dinning experience. Food was great and so was the service. Our server Renata was attentive and making sure we had a great dinner. Would definitely come back
Le Fat has been a favorite place for date nights in the past. However, this past Saturday night was disappointing. We were there with another couple. I recommended the Moscow Mule which has always been excellent. But, the drink was sooo spicy (“burning” spicy) that we sent both back. Food was good, but just not the excellence we have experienced in the past. I love garlic, but The Clay Pot Shrimp was overloaded with it! The soft-shell crab appetizer was dry and without flavor; and the Papaya Salad looked thrown together. My husband loved the “Unsung Hero” cocktail, but it was no longer available. The kitchen and bar seems to have gone downhill. 😥
P.S. I also noticed after our visit that Le Fat’s health score (online) is a B. My husband and I only trust A restaurants!!
Le Fat is amazing. Every bite was full of flavor. Highly recommend the clay pot chicken and drunken noodles. The escargot was some of the best I’ve ever had.
Le Fat is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants I’d highly recommend!
We took a friend from out of town and he was very impressed with everything from his cocktail to his meal...to my meal. He couldn’t stop trying other people’s orders! It’s great to have a restaurant that offers a unique experience, great service, and wonderful food.
We sat too close to the next table. Was very distracting.
The spring rolls were fantastic, as was the curry chicken. Service was great. Prices are surprisingly reasonable considering the upscale feel.
Le Fat was a nice surprise. The food was very good. Although I was satisfied I still wanted more because it was delightful. I will definitely be back with friends.
Food was on-point as usual. Disappointed with the service since waiter kept on wanting to remove plates too quickly and never refilled water and was hard to get a reach of.
