Chef Nicolas Peter introduces his newest ephemeral concept at The Beverly Wilshire - Four Seasons Hotel. Nestled in an intimate rooftop garden setting alongside a replica of Sophia Loren's pool, Nouvelles Saveurs is a celebration of relishing in spring harvest flavors.

Wonderful location near the pool. It was super cute and cozy. Food was awesome and the service was really, really personable. Was like having an upscale poolside dinner at your own home.

New restaurant working out the kinks. Fell short in many areas. Ok at best. Sent martini back twice to remake. Chilled poached lobster was not fresh- still frozen in parts. Desert was not fresh. Rib eye was fine and pasta was good- but to compete at the $120-$150 pre fix you need to be at top of game. For the soft opening they should disclose and charge accordingly.

First, this restaurant is not easy to locate unless one is familiar with the geography and layout of the Beverly Wilshire - Four Seasons Hotel. Be certain to call for accurate directions. Although the description of this restaurant might have mentioned it, I did not realize that this restaurant was totally alfresco (inside dining is not available). Although the day was warm, the evening cooled down significantly. The restaurant did provide outdoor heaters that helped, but I was still a bit cold, and I admit this diminished my dining comfort. The service was impeccable, and I was tended to with great personal attention and care. The menu offered several dishes but considering the offerings versus my expectations of a French Cuisine restaurant, I was disappointed. The dishes I did select ranged from good to outstanding, with the main entree being superb, but overall, especially for the price, I was not impressed. The offered wine (by the glass) was also unimpressive. For those who might be intrigued by the location and description of Nouvelles Saveurs, I hope you enjoy your dining experience. If you are a true Fracophile for French cuisine, you can do better in the Beverly Hills and greater Los Angeles area.

An undiscovered gem. This was the best meal I’ve had in a while. The 5 course prix fixe menu was delicious and not too heavy. It made for a terrific date night.

I was blown away by this pop up restaurant at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Chef Nicolas is an outstanding chef. It was a 5 course prix fixe menu and Every. Single. Course. Was. Amazing. I couldn’t finish the main entree nor dessert but both were nicely packed up and outstanding even leftover! Highly recommended! Dining there was spontaneous. I only found out about it b/c I was staying at the hotel and I was too tired to dine out. Can’t wait to check out his new restaurant when it opens in LA. Thank you for an unexpectedly memorable dinner. (If the weather is cool, dress warmly since it is an outdoor setting. The heaters worked well and they provided a blanket, but best to be prepared).

Experience and service can't get any better as they provide the best already! The Prix Fixe menu selections was excellent and so as the taste of every each of them. Chef came out to serve our main course and greeted us. Would highly recommend this hidden gem to all.

I came to celebrate my friends birthday. I visited on a Wednesday around 6. The energy was lively and the inside of the restaurant was dim and intimate setting . Our food was delicious and looked beautifully presented ! I ubered there so parking wasn’t an issue - the good thing is if you do drive there is Valet . I would definitely come back!

First time at this restaurant. We came early on a Saturday night and enjoyed a great meal and very attentive service. We ate outside in the front patio which was a little noisy with traffic but not a distraction. The inside of the restaurant is stunning and welcoming with varying seating areas. We ate mussels, calamari, polenta, arugula salad. All prepared well and very interesting flavors. Will go back.

Delicious dinner. Indoor dining because the traffic noise on Santa Monica Blvd was too much for my hard of hearing husband. We were the only diners inside as it was early on Sat night. Huge bar selection, lovely music and very attentive service.

It was a first date. My date ask for extra cherries in the Manhattan. We were told that extra cherries could not be provided because they were too expensive. It was really embarrassing. This was my go to place for dates and groups, and that is over now. Terrible service. The conversation turned to how they negatively affected our night by not giving us a cherry, rather than having a wonderful first date. Bad form.

I can’t say enough about the interesting menu choices and how delicious the food was. If you eat escargot, these are perfect. The service was exceptional. Sunday night was a quiet treasure.

excellent steak frites: steak perfectly cooked. Fries were crisp and tasty. My classic margaritas were perfection. Our waiter Francisco was attentive and helpful. The outdoor setting was lovely (heaters were great). Had a wonderful time for our first nite out in L.A.

Can’t stop raving about the branding and salmon. Flavors were amazing. Just the right about of seasoning and salt (sometimes other places over salt their food). This was our second time dining there and it’s our favorite so far! ❤️❤️

I am a big fan of skirt steak. This was the best one I have ever had. I was blown away. Because it’s a cut of meat I have had so many times, I didn’t think it could be done differently and taste so much better. Also the mezze platter was outstanding. I highly recommend Nicholas.
