The Springs is really worth the trip! Very creative chef serves incredible raw and vegan dishes that are complex, interesting and not too heavy. Some raw food can be too rich, but the Springs has the perfect balance of fresh crisp ingredients and savory spices, flavors and textures. The service was great, and the food goes well with some of the craft brews on tap or the nice selection of wines.

The food is scrumptious at The Springs. It's truly a delicious experience. The beet tartare is not to be missed. We loved the spaghetti, paella and the ravioli. The strawberry shortcake was delectable. The staff are wonderful, the wine was perfection, the environment and atmosphere is incredible, and the live band was really great. It's a gem in the Arts district! I'd go back again and again.

Overall, fantastic experience. Probably not ideal for a first date, because the (great) live music got really loud around 7:30/8PM, but the food was fantastic and the overall vibe was very cool. Will definitely be going back.

For vegan food you will not find more inventive. Go early and you can park in the lot (Sunday around 6). There were not enough servers. Our waitress was less than helpful and got caught up in some wine tasting while we were trying to leave before the music started. The house wine special blend is a red wine served COLD. It is not described as such on the wine list nor did our waitress warn us of that. I thought it was OK. My wife did not. This place is expensive, and that sure isn't warranted by the portion size (except the salads are generous but still moderate). There is a distraction in the help which on a Sunday was unwarranted and disturbing.

Service is surly and slow. Wait staff has major attitude which is too hip and not friendly. Specifically told the server we had a performance to make.. Food came out 40 minutes later with only 10 minutes to the time we had to leave. Server blamed the kitchen.

Fantastic find! Absolutely loved the watermelon gazpacho, the coconut yogurt parfait, and chocolate pudding. Can't wait to return to try some of the unusual items on the menu. Love that they use all natural and healthy ingredients. A big plus is a small parking lot.

It's great to have a fancier raw vegan option in town. We did the 7-course gourmet tasting menu for $65 per person and it was way more than 7 courses since my companion and I got different dishes half the time. We ended up tasting no fewer than a dozen items on their menu! Raw vegan isn't for everybody because nothing is served hot. Great choice for a summer evening.

Been here 7 or 8 times now. Love to bring non-vegetarians/vegans here to blow their minds. Crossroads and Gadarene Swine are also excellent places to try. But for me, The Springs seems to rise a bit above. Maybe because on most nights, they have excellent live jazz.

A lot of vegan food tries to pretend to be something else. The food at the Springs maximizes the ingredients on hand to bring them to their fullest potential. Our meal was delicious and the service was on point. They never made me feel rushed but were always there when I needed them.

If you like healthy food like me, you will love this place. The decoration is beautiful and the space is big. The food was delicious and very exotic. You have to be open to try new flavors. The only thing was that there was a band playing that night and it was kind of loud and it was hard to communicate with the group of people that we went. I think they should look for some relaxing and not so loud music. Definitely recommend this place and I want to go back for sure.
