Shuga Jazz Bistro provides those in the Renton, Washington area with a place to go for jazz entertainment and great food. The atmosphere is upscale yet comfortable making it ideal for enjoying the classic Southern cuisine. Shuga Jazz Bistro gets its name from the cute pet name the owner�s grandmother used when her grandchildren came to visit. A huge hug for each �Shuga� is a fond memory that was worth memorializing. The menu at Shuga Jazz Bistro is another way to show respect for the southern hospitality, with items such as shrimp and grits, Lula Mae�s fried chicken, collard greens and candied yams. The fried catfish, which is available as a meal or a sandwich, is a house specialty.
