Last Tuesday of Every Month @ 7 pm: Join us for Brews with Bites where we team up with a local craft brewery and pair four beers with four delectable courses. At $45 per person, it's a steal. Call the restaurant today to reserve your spot as space is limited.
On a gameday the menu is limited. The food is above average but the service suffers during peak times.
great food. Partner loved the Mac and Cheeseburger I loved the pulled pork on the pretzel bun. Service was so SLOW though. Drinks - did not like the specialty drink of the crush - could not taste the red bull, or the orange soda just more like a Vodka and OJ.
Well done! Pure Guy! Loved it.
Both of our steaks were way over cooked. Sent mine back and it came out over cooked again. The. The waitress told me the chefs don’t know how to cook a steak and this always happens!!!
2 hours later we were sick as dogs!! Spent the night running to the bathroom. Never again
Rotisserie chicken was on the dry side. Turkey burger was good with the tri- fries. Only 2 selections for wine, house red or house white.
Prefer the Vegas restaurant much more.
We were a party of 4 and everyone enjoyed their food. I had the crab cake and it was very good! I also had a "lemon drop not" and it was soooo yummy! Service could of been better. It wasn't bad but the service was just flat and lacked personality. Just a simple smile goes a long way and the staff didn't seem to be very happy.
Was expecting a good food experience at a food celebrity’s restaurant, but surprised and disappointed at the poor quality of the rib platter and entree salads that we ordered. Good waitstaff almost salvaged the meal.
I ordered the Creole Shrimp Boil. My potatoes were raw. My shrimp were definitely not boiled; rather, they appeared sauteed and overdone. The menu described a half-pound of shrimp. I received about 8 shrimp and the entire dish was sitting in a pool of oil, which was flavorful but just too much. My boyfriend ordered the Mac & Cheese burger. The bottom bun was so soggy that it was inedible, and the bacon was under cooked. Disappointing overall. We were so hungry, we didn't want to bother sending the food back.
The food was good, but the service was poor. Took forever to place our order and the staff were rude and inattentive.
Took 15 minutes to get waited on. Food was sub par. Waitress was snooty. I hope they didn’t spit on our food. Another loser from Open Table.
Food was great and got to me quick. Service was not their at all as I never saw the person again UNTIL it was time to pay.
I've been to Guy's twice and both times I was unimpressed. The first time we made a reservation for 7 pm and didn't get seated until 10 pm. Then we were told that the menu was limited due to the late hour. The food wasn't great, mostly because I couldn't order what I wanted. The second visit, we were seated on time but had to wait for 20 mins to be attended to. Our food came out piecemeal, but it was decent. Not sure if I will go back again.
Went for my husband birthday. Been to the 2 in Atlantic City and the one in Philadelphia. This one was disappointing. We love guys but this one was lacking in service. We ate at 5 it was empty and the waitress disappeared during dinner. They didn’t have the potatoes for the meal my husband got and when she apologized she blamed it on the kitchen. Then our meals come out with our appetizer. It was so frustrating. Like I said we really love the other ones.
Reserved for Father's Day. 7 pm. Arrived to a nearly empty restaurant. Maybe 2 tables occupied. Stood awaiting hostess to ck in. Finally someone appears and says someone else will be right back to ck us in. Continued to stand and wait. Saw several employees just shooting the breeze chatting. They saw us standing and waiting. No effort to welcome or seat us. Finally I walked over to an employee and said we would go elsewhere since their service was horrible. No wonder the restaurant was nearly empty on a weekend night. Went to another restaurant in the Horseshoe Casino. It was very busy, but we were instantly greeted and seated. If Guy Fieri makes it in this Baltimore casino, it will be shocking. Horrible service. Employees outnumbered the customers. Less than total of 10 customers. Poor service certainly explains lack of customers.
The restaurant is in a casino. Would be nice to know that as everything thats wrong with it is part of that experience. Very few food choices, two wines (no exaggeration) and watered down cocktails was just part of the problem. We got our food relatively quickly but the drinks took forever and the place practically empty. They had major problems splitting checks and we were a large party. Not for anyone.
Didn’t realize this was in the casino but needed lunch and parking was free and easy. Service a little slow but the salmon was good.
Great food on a drunken day
Everything was Delicious & Excellent❤️💛💙❗️I’m ready to go again I Love The Bmore Fries & Wings my Mom Had Shrimps she said was Delicious also! My Cousin she had the Bmore Fries as well❤️❗️Yummyyy I wish I could’ve ordered everything on the menu to taste everything! Suggestions can you make stuffed chicken wings?!
We had 4 adults in our party. I've eaten at the one in Vegas and it was just OK. We decided to give it another try. I can honestly say it was the worst restaurant experience I've every had. The food was terrible. The service was just as bad. We left hungry and disappointed.
The waiter was outstanding the chef left out the Texas toast in a meal where it was highlighted as having it. That was the only thing and they corrected it immediately. I would definitely go back the food was delicious!
Good food, but over-priced. Horrible service. Looked like that was a theme at every table. Spiked lemonade was disgusting to all 4 people in our party. Made reservations but didn't need them, although the host made it sound like you did to the people behind us. We went on a Saturday night. Honestly, I would have been just as happy eating at the food court at the casino and paid a lot less. Not likely that I would go back.
Food was fair. Requested my burger to be cooked rare, it came out medium well. Same as another person in our party. Service was poor. We were not asked if we wanted a second round of drinks. Items were spilled on us. Restaurant was less than a third full and we had to wait for a table when we had reservations.
Checked out the menu and hours online said was open til midnight arrived at 945 and told that they had a late night menu only. 6 Boring choices. Afterward we were sicker than a dog and up all night
I reserved a table for my sons birthday was no one at tables people were at bar waitress took 20 minutes
to bring 3 drinks 2 sodas 1 ice tea my crab cake was burnt asked for dressing on side of salad it came lots of dressing allover it was not given any compinsation for problems was surprised how bad place was I have eaten at Guys place in Las Vegas no problems
Waiter and service was excellent but the food was not on par with other Guy Fieri restaurants I've visited.
Went for lunch at noon on a Saturday. The place was pretty empty yet service was still very slow. Our party of four ordered the Original Big Bite Burger, the Bacon MAC-N-Cheese Burger, a Roast Beef Au Jus Sandwich and a crabcake entree. While the portions were quite generous the food it self was so-so.Our waitress was nice, but really pushed desserts and continued to do so after we said no several times.Would I go again? Maybe....I believe in second chances
Our meal was great. It was not crowded and we were served immediately. I would definitely go back.
We had a rather disappointing dinner here. Despite our reservation, the hostesses seated 6 groups of people before us. Very disorganized. And the waiting time for our entrees was LOOOONNG. The food was definitely not worth the wait. Also, I was charged for something I did not receive. It wasn't much, but kind of annoying not to get it. I hope the managers can get this place operating a bit better.
Food was subpar but our server Alphonso was GREAT!
Nice menu. Good selection on unique dishes.
Our visit to Guy Fieri's Baltimore Kitchen & Bar was very disappointing. We went at a time when there was no wait, but the restaurant appeared to be understaffed as everything took a long time. After we ordered, the waitress returned almost 10 minutes later to tell us that the kitchen had informed her they were out of cheesesteaks. We then had to reordered entrees and then continued to wait for our appetizer and it was another 5-10 minutes before the waitress came back to ask if they could sub chicken for brisket on the nachos since they were out of brisket as well...The restaurant was also out of shrimp and turkey burgers...not sure what was going on, but whoever was in charge was not doing their job and a manager never came to check on us or the others in the restaurant. The ambience was bad because pretty much everyone around us was having similar experiences. The waitress was nice, but it took a long time to get even a drink refill. It got to the piint where we figured they were in the back growing the wheat to make the bread and that was the reason for the long delays. The food we were served was just ok. We were offered 1 dessert comp for our 3 person table--I guess that's something, but very little. I expect more from a celeb chef restaurant and more from a restaurant inside a Harrah's/Caesar's group casino. I will not be returning to this venue.
We arrived early for our reservation to rudely be told that we would have to return at our reservation time despite there being many open tables. Took a while for a waitress to come to our table. Drinks took s while and so did food. Food tasted great, we had to ask for appetizer plates. I ordered a second cocktail, never got it, water refills took forever. We waited for 30 minutes to get our check, which was wrong.
Very disappointed in this visit. Restaurant continues to go downhill. Guy would be disappointed.
By far the worst dining experience we have ever had. From waiting for over a half hour to get drinks, then another half hour to get our cold nachos, to then more then 40 minutes later getting the worst meal ever. Not a great night! The brisquit that my wife got was a few more minutes of cooking away from beef jerky and my ribs had, I guess, cooked so long that there was barely any meat left on the bones. The Mac and cheese that came with both our meals needed a ton of salt to even make it have a small amount of flavor. Manager offered to buy us a round as we waited and that free round took another 35 minutes to arrive. At one point kitchen staff came to our table with another order of nachos asking us if we order another meal!! A comedy of errors from start to finish. Needless to say we offered to pay for our first round of drinks and they took the “meal” off the bill.
Service was slow and muddled.
Food was ok, steak needed more seasoning. Crab fondue was great but ran out of bread for dip, none arrived, then 3 portions arrived with entree.
Disappointed with overall experience. Hoped for more as we enjoy Guy Fieri TV shows.
Just ordinary pub food. Not impressed. Cannot order a medium rare burger only medium or well done. I ordered medium and it came well done. Showed it to the waiter, "oh sorry". No offer to replace etc. Later said he ran into the manager and she would comp my glass of wine.
Way over rated.
Our service was really great, but my issue was with the food it seemed like it was made really fast without much care. We had to send our one appetizer back 2 times for it to be heated up, the second time it came out it was still cold but we didn't want to send back a third time. The ketchup that came with the burgers, had obviously been squirted into the containers and sat for a long time...a hard layer had formed on the top which was really gross. The burger and nachos were great though! The atmosphere was cool and they had so many TVs it would be a great spot to watch games. Food is somewhat reasonably priced, we got 2 appetizers, 2 burgers, 2 beers, and a margarita and the bill was $90...there's probably cheaper places you can go for dinner.
Casino dining is rarely memorable a positive experience unless one played in the casino and had a long winning streak. Foo d was mediocre. The server was pl easant and efficient.
Everything was great except for the VERY LOUD grunge music on Christmas Day. Not appropriate and left with a headache.
Could have been a memorable evening with a just bit more attention from our wait staff. Restaurant was not crowded but we waited for seemingly every course and to place our order. Food was okay, but not special by any means.
Food was decent, but two of us ordered the cobb salad and we had to ask for the avocado as it was missing from the salads. Service was sluggish. I think it was the waitress's first day on the job. Had to ask for many things like extra napkins, appetizer plates, and the wine list.
One more things - in my reservation I asked for a table, not a booth but we were seated in a 1/2 booth, 1/2 table arrangement. The restaurant was empty so two tables could have been joined together for us. So sick of the lack of attention to detail in many restaurants theses days.
