Worst dinning experience I've had. Server Brian was not attentive, waited 30 minutes for initial drink order and drinks came out to guests at the table at different times. Then waited another 30 minutes for Brian to come take our order. Main course came out cold (Steaks, Sides, Fish and Chips). Made a suggestion to the manager regarding the server Brian and Brian made unprofessional comments to guests the rest of the dinner. I am very disheartened by this experience as I expected a higher level of service, I am very embarrassed as this was my first outing with my new team. I'm apprehensive to host any professional dinning at this location.

Our waiter was great! Very attentive and knowledgeable. Food is always great. We were just a little bummed when our MR Filets were a bit more on the Med well side. Always tasty though! Great way to spend our quiet anniversary

Steaks were perfectly cooked. Appetizers were enough for six people. If you can get V as your server you will always have a good time. It doesn't get as crowded as most Spectrum restaurants because it's a freestanding building outside the main mall structure. Cocktails were extraordinary. You will probably spend $70 pp for drinks, appetizers, dinner, and dessert. Great value for the money.

Great food & Emily provided excellent service. We were there early evening for dinner. The noise level was quiet so my friend & I could easily have a conversation which was very nice.

We went on a Saturday night to celebrate several birthdays and had an absolute blast! The food, drink and ambience were all great! Our server Ashley was great! Very nice and attentive and was very helpful. We will definitely be going back.

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for us. The hostess and server were very nice and kind, but the food was bad. The egg sandwich was just OK, the salad had a little to no salad dressing, the avocado on the avocado toast had barely any fresh avocado, my child’s pancakes were burned, but they put the two burnt pieces on the bottom so we didn’t see it until she ate the first one, and my cappuccino tasted like a cup of steamed milk. The server reluctantly had the pancakes taken off the bill. This is our first and last time at Del Frisco.

Service was great but our food was just so so. Maybe it was a bad night. We ordered rib eye steaks. They were bland and somewhat tough. We ordered a baked potato and truffle mac & cheese for sides. The potato was terrible, it wasn’t fully cooked. The mac & cheese literally had no flavor. Not worth it for the price. Will most likely not return.

I made reservation in the morning for table for three outside. They had not set aside a table regular table. We were offered a high table. The whole area were full of happy hour crowd that were extremely loud. It the worst experience with Del Friscoe on wedding anniversary.

Was immediately sat upon arrival Given great service until restaurant starting Filling up. We ordered dessert that seemed to be taking Forever, we had concert to go to, started to cancel And they arrived. We tried to get check and had to Get manager to help us out. I know the waiter was Overwhelmed but otherwise everything was great. I’ll be back again, just not when I have a timeframe.

As always, service was top notch. Brian did a great job. Food was not great. 3 out of 5 plates had to be sent back. We have never sent food back anywhere. I think it was just an off night as this is usually a great experience for us.

Had a family dinner for 8 with some out of town family members. There first time. Everyone loved their food. From steak to burgers to salads and appetizers. Very delicious. The service was ok but waiter seemed annoying. Tried way to hard to upsell every item and suggested more appetizers than we needed. Overall we would give 4 only because waiter could have turned down the upselling and we would have enjoyed it a little more.

Need to improve food menu in addition for the price and location cooks needs to know how to cook..Need to hire a professional chef to train cooks the proper way to cook..Filet Mignon was totally overcook and dry ..almost burned if asked to return I would answer NO

Services was excellent! The drinks were great and were well priced. The food was the worst food I have ever had. There were two of us at dinner and we could barely eat the food. It was at par with Applebees steaks and burgers, probably worse. Much better off going to in-n-out for a burger, and just about any where else for a steak. I regret not asking to remove the food from the bill and then hooking the server up with a very generous tip, it wasn't his fault the food was terrible. It's sad that Del Frisco's has its name on this place. They even repeatedly stated that it is the "same" as the original. The grill should go out of business because of its food.

We were a party of 5 and had a great table with a Birds Eye view of the kitchen! Carrie (sp?) was our waitress extraordinaire, she was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable, not only about the menu, but cocktails as well as wines. She’s a Sommelier II and make suggestions that we’re delicious! The food was great and the birthday desserts were yummy. We will be back and ask for Carrie 😊

I have eaten at several Del Frisco’s and typically they are top notch. Disappointing that the service lacked. Steaks were over cooked and server never checked to see how cooked. Steaks and sides came out at different times. Never experienced that at Del Frisco’s.

We have enjoyed this restaurant more in prior visits. The new menu needs work from both a quality and preparation perspective. The fish dishes were not well thought out and the steak quality not consistent with prior visits. They also need to revisit the pricing on some of their sides. We recognize that the menu is newly revamped so we will give them some time to adjust and try them again.

Food was good. We ordered deviled eggs as an appetizer - they appeared to have been frozen - water was on the plate. Our server Kelsey was great. This disappointing factor was that we opted for an outdoor table when I made the reservation for health reason and they did not honor the request. Young hostess who really didn't care.

Waitress was trying to be good but she was too busy. Our food came out before our salad. They than took our $52 steak and put it under a heat lamp while we ate our salad. Our potato was hard and cold. I would expect a potato like that at a coffee shop but not an upscale restaurant. Manager was well aware of all. He comped our alcohol but didn’t help the lack luster experience. 😩

Last night, we had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and we were quite impressed. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent.
