Beano's Cabin will open on December 8th for winter service. Join us Tuesday through Saturday for this 27 year old Beaver Creek dining staple. A 5 course pre-fixe meal follows a 20 minute open air slight ride under the stars. 5 star service joins Chef Mackenzie Nicholson's enticing American cuisine while enjoying expansive window views and a warm wood fireplace.

Sleighs depart at 5 p.m. from the Beaver Creek Chophouse and run every half hour until 9 p.m.

Pricing for Winter will be $189 per person not including tax, gratuity or beverages. Kids 12 and under $79 and children 4 and under are complementary.

Lovely restaurant, great staff. The courses come quickly. Several choices for each course. Beautiful views of the meadow thru the expansive windows. The shuttle ride to the restaurant was great too. It's a special occasion location. We had plenty to eat and took a bit home. The female chef likes to include local ingredients and is creative in her food presentation.

Our food and the portions were great. Several servers were first rate, while others seemed to need training and could use a good dry cleaner for their attire. It's a beautiful cabin and the live music was very good, but a bit too loud. Some of the chairs around the fireplace are ready for new apolstery and the rope lights around the bar are cheesy. At $433 for 2 without alcohol, it fell a little short of expectations. A very good experience, but would likely try another cabin before coming back.

It’s a great dining experience. Five course meal with a number of choices for 4/5. Everyone gets the same soup. It was pretty quiet in the restaurant until 8 pm when a group of 30 or so arrived. This is mid-September so the off season. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and got different items. We did each take half of our entree home, we were very full. Will go again!

Beano’s staff were top knotty paying attention to every detail. The food is unique and a flavor explosion. Finally perched atop a mountain in field of wildflowers beano’s location is unmatched and makes the experience something special.

Very nice ambience. Great music/gitarist/singer and even though our table was next to the musician the sound level was very nice to have a great conversation. The food was outstanding especially the Bison Tartare. The Cabin/restaurant is very cozy and being transported there by bus or horse or sled is very special.

This dinner was with our family to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Beano's General Manager, Ben Christie and his staff were welcoming, well prepared for our event, and we could not have asked for more! In particular, Ben assisted us in planning the event dating back to May and everything came off flawlessly. The food was wonderful and the service second to none! Thanks, to Ben and all the team - especially, Brett, Sean, Scott, Kaitlyn, and Honzy! It was everything we had hoped and more!

Our experience was fabulous. And we loved our server Courtney. The restaurant was very accommodating for our gluten free dairy free needs. One of our favorite nights of our vacation. The ambience and atmosphere is incredible.

The service, atmosphere and culinary delights of Beano’s Cabin were a highlight of our family trip! They even had a children’s menu. Don’t forget to partake in the horseback trail ride to get to Beano’s in the summer season!

Just absolutely an amazing restaurant, a hidden gem in the Beaver Creek Ski Resort. We have routine diners for the last 12 years and we are continually impressed by the consistent quality of the food, service, ambiance, and beautiful scenery.

Not the same experience as it once was and not worth the money. So sad to say that our beloved Beano’s is not at all what it once was. We did not know the menu was fixed- 3 adults, 4 kids our bill was $1450. The food was a 5/10- very basic and low on flavor-huge disappointment -given this average rating by everyone in our party. The ambiance felt very transactional and not warm and welcoming. The experience of arrival, dining, departure was also not seamless and easy. This used to be a family favorite. We have friends coming to Vail in a few weeks and will be letting them know they can do much better elsewhere. Unfortunately, it will be our last trip to Beano’s. Not worth the $- even for half of what we paid.

Beano’s isn't just an outstanding 5 course meal, it’s an experience no one should miss! It is a favorite place for us to go to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, and to bring friends and family when they visit. If you are looking for something a little different from the typical restaurant scene, you’ve got to go to Beano’s!

It was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly, from the music on the sleigh to the welcome hostess to our waiter. I don't recall his name but he was from Wisconsin. The food was incredible, the bison tartare or the elk was outstanding. Overall it was a memorable evening.

Arctic char and beef tenderloin were both overcooked. Fish was dry. I requested tenderloin cooked rare, got it barely medium rare to medium/barely pink in the middle. I understand high prices for such a place but including tip + four drinks our bill was $1,120 for four people which was a surprise.

Simple the most wonderful evening from start to finish. The sleigh ride on the way up and back was an experience in itself, it was almost magical riding up in the now with the lights from the snowcat lighting the trees along the trail. Service from Nicholas and Gabby was exceptional and food is first class. The scallops and the brûlée ice cream were highlights. Can’t recommend this highly enough if you’re staying near the mountain!

I tried for three months to contact someone to ask questions like “how suitable for children, dress code, modify time of reservation, what is price for adults vs kids”, with the open table app, it was the only way I could make changes to the reservation time. But I could never ask the other questions. Even though there was a phone number, I would call during the open hours and could never reach an individual or leave a voice mail. We ended up going and it was snowing so the sleigh ride had blankets but snow was covering the seats. So we had to personally wipe off the snow ourselves and the blankets were covered in snow so they were wet and cold. Then wren it was time to leave the blankets and seats were even more covered and our bill was $800 including two adults, three children’s meals, two alcoholic beverages. We were shocked that it was difficult to get information about the restaurant and the price and the sled ride was very uncomfortable. The waitress and waiter could not have been nicer.

This was my 2nd time at Beano's Cabin, first with my family. I was very excited for them to have this experience and we saved it for our last night of vacation and sadly, we left disappointed. It was snowing, which made for a beautiful night, but be prepared (as we were) for the snowcat ride. Tarp hoods for each rider are provided that are long enough to sit on when snowing, but definitely sit in the first row, facing backwards, to protect yourself from snow in the face on the ride up and down. The atmosphere at Beano's is wonderful, large roaring fire, someone playing acoustic guitar and singing, warm welcome with champagne and apple cider for kids (although 2 sips in the glass seems very stingy for the price you pay for the Beano's experience), happy patrons at the tables, and excellent service. Our disappointment was with the food experience. Only 1 soup was offered, which my husband could not eat, and a backup option wasn't available. The soup was brought out anyway and my son had a few bites, I finished the rest. It was very thin for a pumpkin soup, more like broth, and average flavor. The other food selections were fine, and the courses tasted ok. The best course was the cobbler dessert, but none of the other courses stood out for a restaurant that is considered "fine dining." Our server was great and she was kind enough to let our 14yrd old have the kids 3 course menu (up to 12 yrs old) but even that was a disappointment. It was literally a basic salad with ranch dressing, his main course steak was 3, maybe 4oz, broccoli and mashed potatoes. He loved the warm cookie sundae for dessert. Our family seeks out fine dining experiences at home and on vacation, and Beano's does not meet the standard of fine dining for the price. I'm happy we had the experience, it'll be fun to talk about, but don't go expecting superior mountain cuisine, regardless how well your server describes each of the options.
