1st Time and LAST time. Arnold was our Server who was attentive, however bothersome. He kept pushing us to order the Tasting Menu and when we said we continued to say we were NOT interested and he proceeded to tell us we have to give him our ENTREE order 1st so he can time our Appetizers?! WT_! We had 8 Apps which we asked for in courses to split... They brought out 'Splitting Plates', however left the used for following courses until I asked for New plates. The Apps: Spanish Fries were tasty; Cotton Candy Foe Gras was cute but ONE small bite; Lucia Salad and Caesar were Dull as could possibly be; Beefsteak Tomato Tartare was Very Tasty and FAR outshined the 'Classic' Tartare which was SWEET; The grilled Octopus was OK; RR Ranch bone-in NY was tough & tasteless and came to the table sliced off the bone MR as ordered, but the Bone was WELL done and appeared to be from another Steak; Potato Puree, Straw Potatoes & Red Pepper Confit were in DESPERATE Need of salt which as EVERY popular Chef keeps away from Guests! Desserts assortment was interesting, Cocktails were Adequate. Too many GREAT Steakhouses in the LV bowl to give them another chance along with going into an IFFY Neighborhood. Once inside the Casino it was safe.

We ordered two cocktails, patatas bravas, steak tartare, vaca vieja, skirt steak, eclair, and tart. Cocktails: 5/5 Patatas: 4/5 Steak Tartare: 5/5, a must! Vaca Vieja: 3.5/5 Skirt Steak: 4/5 Desserts: 3/5, good but you can skip these, very small. Overall very good, high quality steak house. Steak is not my first choice so I’m never fully blown away by cuts of beef but the steak tartare was insane.

We had an INCREDIBLE experience for our 5 year anniversary. Not only was the food out of this world, the entire wait staff was so polite and came over to congratulate us for our anniversary. They really made us feel special and gave us a royal treatment.

1. They forgot about us after checking in. 2. Service aside from at bar was slow, and abrupt. Guy seemed to have an attitude. It took over 30 min for two glasses of wine. No apology for the length of time on the wine. 3. No check in with regards to timing or delays from staff. 4. After 2hrs we still hadn't seen the entrees and when we asked to cancel to move on with our evening the server and manager were incredibly rude. 5. Managment escalated things rather than having a calm and productive conversation. Pro:bartender was cool, magic mojito was fun.

Outstanding service from start to finish. The food was delicious and hands down some of the best steaks I've eaten in Las Vegas. I also enjoyed the fact that the restaurant was Tapas style(a la carte) which allowed us to taste various dishes. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable which really made it easy to figure out what to order. Overally, I would say if you want awesome food, great service, great price and a great ambiance, then this is the place.

A wonderful experience! The cocktails were flavorful and just strong enough. The staff was kind and very helpful in first time decision making. Meals came out in a timely fashion at the perfect temperature for consumption. This was my birthday dinner and it was completely amazing! There were a few extra goodies thrown in for the occasion which was great.. Our waiter Elias was personable and very sweet. We had the "Jose's way" experience and I wouldn't change it for the world. A truly magnitude experience.

Im so sad about this trip to Bazaar Meat. We come 1-2 times a year for special occasions and its easily the best food in Vegas. Ive never had a bad experience until this visit on 5/15/23. Not sure we’ll be back, sadly, which is heartbreaking.

One of the best meals we ever had! We decided on the ultimate tasting. My husband doesn’t eat shellfish and they accommodated us by providing a different dish. I don’t like spicy foods and one course was quite spicy. I planned on just letting my husband eat it and not bothering. When I mentioned I didn’t like spicy food the server offered another small desert.

Absolute perfection! My boyfriend and I did the tasting menu and loved each and every item. We ordered a few cocktails as well including the Floral Cloud cocktail and Salt Air Margarita. Both cocktails were the best we had in Vegas! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive, gave us some ideas on activities to do after dinner that him and his wife enjoy to do around the city, and even gave us an extra dish to enjoy that he highly recommended (on the house) which was very kind. We both left feeling amazed and inspired, couldn’t ask for a better experience.

This was my second time dining at Bazaar, both visits being within eight months of each other. After my first visit, I told everyone that this was one of the absolute best restaurant dinners that I’ve ever had, and that still holds true after my second visit. The service is spectacular. I can’t remember the names of our servers, but they were extremely friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. The sommelier recommended a bottle of wine that we thoroughly enjoyed. I was very impressed. Everything from the Iberico ham to the tableside-cooked A5 Wagyu to the grilled steaks to the vegetable sides were phenomenal. Those piquillo peppers are the best peppers I’ve ever had, and I cook a lot of peppers at home. I need to know their secret! I plan on coming here any time I’m in Las Vegas!
