   Had a fabulous Mom Day at Palm House. We were greeted with free Mimosas, for both moms present! Jordan and staff were fun and very accommodating. The food was delicious. Love the space and vibe, for young and not so young. One of our new faves in SF!!!

   Food and drinks were delicious, and everyone that works there was SO nice despite the fact that we were moving around a bit to find the spot that was the right amount of sun and shade on a windy day. The inside was on the high volume side due to a game, but the outside had pleasant music, not too loud. They also let us hang out, they didn’t rush us to turn over the table, and they brought out a little surprise with a candle because it was my friend’s birthday! We loved this place and would absolutely come back again.

   Extra bold, extra heavy with the sauces - on the burger, island breakfast, and musubi bites. Should have asked for sauce on the side. Fun atmosphere, pretty pricey.

   We had a great experience at your restaurant! The host was extremely courteous to us by saving a table inside. I forgot to mention we had 2 toddlers when I booked my reservation. Our table was cute and the food was delicious!

   The lady server was excellent and so was the bowl meal I had with jerk chicken but I really prefer the bowl menu the restaurant had before..We had choice of five veggies, rice, black beans, couscous etc..variety of sauces we could select and we could choose our protein either steak, chicken or fish... Please bring that entire bowl menu bacck during the week...More women I know LOVE the bowl luncheons. This way we can get a nice drink and maybe share the dessert! Thanks

    It was super delicious the first time we went for a Friday lunch, but recently when we went for brunch on a weekend all the food was super oily and heavy. Not sure what happened but usually delicious food! I'd stay away from weekends with all the crowds and get the better weekday menu

    We were not impressed. The food was marginal at best, and expensive. We had the Tuna Poke bowl, Jerk fries and Sweet potato fries. The poke bowl lacked flavor, and the rice was crunchy and undercooked. The jerk fries lacked seasoning and were old, cold and stale. Also, it was way overpriced for what is was. We will not be returning despite it being in our neighborhood.

    If you are looking for an instagrammable brunch spot to tag your friends in while you pretend to eat food that looks appetizing but really just went to for mimosa mornings this place is for you. Not only did our table come with complimentary broken glass but the ketchup of one of the dishes also had what appeared to be red paint chips inside. The lattes can only be described as crappy watered down espresso shots with a elegant dash of milk. Highly recommend this place if you have cash burning a hole in your pocket and are looking to overpay for dishes you'd be better off making at home look no further!

    We got to Palm House early on Sunday. Actually, we got there about an hour before it opened lol. But even at 9:30 am, it was a little difficult to find street parking. So if you’re going there with the intent on finding street parking, I’d get there earlier just in case. The restaurant is cute on the outside. Made the restaurant look small. We decided to sit inside cuz it was a bit chilly out. To my surprise, the restaurant is actually pretty huge. And if you think the outside is cute, you should check out the inside! The food was all delicious. Portions I think were just right, however, maybe because I’m older now. When I was younger, I would have thought these dishes for the price I paid would have been too small of a portion. But now, it’s just right. I value quality vs quantity now haha. Anyway, the host and wait staff were all super nice and very attentive. We also got our food really fast. Overall, I’d definitely come back again.

    The food was fine and mostly enjoyable but wouldn’t say it was top tier. The drinks were very perfume-y. They use herbs and certain plants to garnish their drinks which overpower the drink itself. It’s fun if you enjoy that kind of drink but to be honest, I was looking forward to a fun take on a spicy margarita and it was just too much of a different take for me. The music was also extremely loud and it is very difficult to hold a conversation because it’s literal club music blasting throughout the small space.

    My friends and I were here to celebrate my 22nd birthday. The staff were super nice and accommodating. Unfortunately they were out of jerk chicken which is what I wanted to order but everything else on the menu was great! The serving size was good for the price and drinks were yummy and strong. Very cute decor and nice ambiance. Would come here again.

    All of the food was outstanding! We had the coconut shrimp, banana bread french toast, ahi tuna poke, and wings. We also had their mimosas and the cucumber spritz, all amazing.

    Our server was the best, I went there to celebrate my bday and the server was very attentive and kept the table clean and asked if we wanted anymore drinks almost every time he came to our table. I wish I would’ve gotten his name because he did a very good job. He brought over a bday shot and even stayed to sing me happy bday.

    My wife and I enjoyed our experience at Palm House. We loved the nice tropical ambiance and the food seemed to range from Caribbean to items you may find in Hawaii like musabi or poke. They also featured Happy Hour from 4-6PM My wife is vegetarian and liked the Smashed Avocado (fresh guacamole) and Brussel Sprouts. I liked the Jerk Chicken and the Avocado Chips .     Came here for brunch. From the hosts to servers - staff was gold. Great recommendations on food and drink and paired with friendly wait staff (not to mention a cute outdoor space to enjoy); highly recommend — two thumbs up! Try the fried rice!

    Five Star friendly and efficient hostess and waitstaff. I saw mostly under 30 crowd smiling, laughing, yelling into one another's faces to be heard, waiting in line - all looking super happy. Food is good. Dishes are as described. Delivery time, certainly reasonable for the level of chaos. What is remarkable? Noise level is beyond loud, it's 140+ Decibel gunshot level, painful. Look around and you see people yelling and wincing and drinking - and mostly super happy. How loud? So loud that after our extremely attentive waiter shouted, "What?!! What???" repeatedly trying to take our order, he seemed about to give up, and then leaned in, raising his voice to a full-on bellow, said, "After work I can't hear anything for a few hours. I have to just sit in my car with no music until the ringing in my head stops." He smiled apologetically, shrugged his shoulders all the way up to his ears, and then taking a deep breath to project his voice even more, he gestured to all of us, mouthing each word with great care, using his fingers to show 1 or 2 or 3 and screaming into my face, "Sorry...can you point at the menu to tell me what everyone wants?"

    Love Palm House, been coming here for years, food and service has always been consistently good. The brunch menu is still one of the best in the City. The Pina Colada slushie is delish! Love the outdoor seating, such a critical option nowadays, especially on a hot day. Highly recommend!

    Every time I pass by Palm House there’s always a line outside. On a heatwave kinda type of day in SF, this place is perfect! Like We’re by the beach. The service is superb…very responsive <3 Chloe, thanks! I highly recommend the the Avocado Benedict (the zucchini crispy bread was die for) chicken sandwich (any side works) … any of their drinks-so refreshing🥂. I will definitely come again and again with friends. And pet friendly ❤️🐶

    We enjoyed our meal at Palm House. Very cute decor both inside and terras. Nice ambiance. Great service. Food overall was good: Grilled chicken sandwich was very good, the Cubano sandwich was okay, but I’ve had better ones. Lemonade was quite sour, it was refreshing but the kids didn’t like it.

    Walked by this place a million times in the 30+ years I’ve lived in the neighborhood and finally decided to give it a try with friends from the UK. The food was OK but one burger was raw in the middle (ordered medium well). Drinks took forever - one was ordered at the same time as the food and came well after the food arrived. We had to ask about the first order of 3 drinks after about 10 minutes. Was worried about drinking because I was driving after lunch - no need to worry, one overpriced cocktail later and zero buzz so safe to assume the drinks are weak (I’m a lightweight by the way). Service was friendly and, overall, the food was average. Won’t be going back - too many better options in the area. Seemed like most of the patrons were either too new to the neighborhood to know any better or tourists.

    Good food and drinks! Came for late afternoon lunch with an out of town friend. The service was a bit slow and the atmosphere a bit rowdy, but we sat at the bar which was a little more removed from the crowd. Recommend the fried rice!
