   The restaurant was very busy so I’m glad I was able to make a reservation. Though very busy with some big parties around us, our waiter was very attentive. We had excellent service throughout the night. For an appetizer, we ordered the burrata which was very good. For dinner, I had the bolognese which was a huge disappointment as it was very bland and the pasta overcooked. My husband had the pasta with sausage and broccolini which was better

   Lunch date with my stepdaughter. We had great service and the food was amazing. We each had raviolis and Caesar salads. We wished our stomachs could fit more!

   Edgar our server was absolutely wonderful!! He was so sweet and accommodating!! And the General Manager Meghan was also very sweet and my birthday celebration extra special with a tray of delicious desserts!! Thank you all!!

   I absolutely love the atmosphere at Tuscan Kitchen. Perfect for a nice evening with loved one and really nice for business dinners with medium to large groups. Menu is great; not too large, enough staples that picky folks will find something, but also with some more exotic italian dishes. Its really a great spot.

   This was my 2nd time dining at this restaurant and it happened to be restaurant week. We were seated and handed the drink and regular dinner menu only. I had to ask for the special menu which was so small it wasn’t legible. We ordered 2 meals from the special menu and the portion sizes were very small. I had the halibut without any sides, a very small serving of salad to start and a scoop of gelato for dessert! I was left feeling hungry and had to order a pizza from the regular menu. Did not feel satisfied 😟

    Nice selection of menu offerings. Truly appreciate that there were fresh vegetables in the menu offerings such as squash and spinach. Easy to eat a tasty and nutritious meal there. Wine list provided a nice cross section of Italian wines at various price points. Service was attentive and helpful. Great experience all around. Thank you!

    At the bar, Jessica made a Woodford Maple Old Fashioned that was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the best by far available locally. Judy was our server and she is a real pro - very attentive and her recommendations worked out well. Between the 4 of us we had Octopus and Clam appetizers, and Salmon, Mushroom Ravioli, Short Rib and Cod as a main course. My only negative was that the bread crumbs on my fish were super-salty, in fact the fish may have been sprinkled with kosher salt or similar. If I order it again I’ll mention that beforehand. The four of us spent just over three hours chatting and catching up. We never felt hurried in any way. We can’t wait to go back there.

    Had a wonderful waiter, Peter, friendly and checked in appropriately. Meat, cheese and fig appetizer was perfect. Scallop and cranberry was quite good, however a bit small for the price. Would have been worth it for 6 scallops versus 3. Main entrees were very good and priced appropriately

    Years ago we loved Tuscan Kitchen. We won’t return. The food tasted mass produced. Quality was very poor. The prices, on the other hand, were very high. Don’t waste your time or your money

    Food was good but a little overpriced. The arugula and prosciutto pizza was kinda of a hot mess. Like they baked the crust and put the arugula and prosciutto on as an afterthought. Was not composed at all. The Caesar salad was great and the roasted half chicken a hit. Need to fine tune that pizza though. Very disappointing but the service was top shelf.

    Maybe this was because it was Valentine’s Day but the food quality was lower than previous experiences there. It also came out so fast I assume it was kept under a heat lamp. Service and gelato was good. Also the Tuscan NEIPA tastes and looks like an American ipa. That said the beer was still good.

    We usually love this Tuscan Kitchen, I would normally give it 5* across the board. However, we went on Valentine's Day this time- the restaurant was overfull and the kitchen was completely overwhelmed. Our server, Janelle, was wonderful. She did her best- got our appetizer right away, kept our drinks full and kept checking in with the kitchen, and kept us updated. But we waited, no exaggeration, two hours for our entrees. We were seated in the overflow, not the main restaurant, the area where we usually have my husband's company Christmas party. The fireplace was nice and we saw someone get engaged, and of course we were fine just being together while we waited, but it definitely felt like the whole area was an afterthought. (Including that they were blaring weird 80s music instead of calming classical like the main restaurant area.) When we finally did get our food, it was delicious, plentiful, hot, and exactly what we ordered. So it was overall a good experience, just not the best one we've had there. I definitely recommend dining at Tuscan Kitchen (and going for company events!), I just think after this experience avoiding a major holiday is probably a good idea.

    Popped in just for a valentines dinner, finally took a chance and sat at the mozzarella counter for the first time. Definitely recommend. Getting to watch the line function is always a treat, kudos to the chef and their staff. It was also our servers first night out of training and she was phenomenal. We’re regulars at the various locations and I don’t see any reason why we won’t be back. Thanks!

    My husband and I ordered a pasta dish for each of us, both were terrible. First time we went to Tuscan kitchen and certainly the last, the menu had few options, for this reason we thought that the dishes would be very well prepared but we were disappointed.

    It’s a nice restaurant with good ambiance. Service was excellent. Food quality is fair. The Rissotto appetizer despite the truffle lacked flavor. It could use pecorino and pepper. The Caesar salad was good with the perfect amount of dressing. The 4 out of 7 pasta options are ravioli. The lobster ravioli was good, but the strong garlic slices took away from the lobster. I regretted trying the creste do gallo. Very brothy sauce. I mixed up Broccoli rabe with broccolini. Sausage was ok.

    Had to return one of the salads three times due to the lack of including the goat cheese. Waitress seemed annoyed and patron continuously insisted that the cheese was not in the salad. As my girlfriend was eating the salad, the waitress immediately removed the salad bowl, without any notices. We had to ask for some bread twice.

    Food was good but the service was very slow. We are assuming it is the lack of staff in this climate we are in and the restaurant was busy. However in the bar area high tops. Very cold, had air conditioning blowing on us the entire time and they were unable to get it to turn off.

    Lisa was an outstanding server! She was very attentive and friendly, despite being extraordinarily busy. The food was good, not the best we’ve ever had, but we certainly didn’t starve. And what’s the story with the empty display in the lobby with all the cobwebs? Very offputting when people are waiting for their tables right there.

    One of my scallops was cold while the rest were luke warm at best. It came with gnocchi and onions which were hot. So my dish was not prepared correctly. For the price it should have been perfect! My wife’s salmon was cold as well. All the manager did was tell me she’ll let the chief know - useless!

    Overcrowded. The way the tables for 2 are setup is honestly very uncomfortable. There’s less than 10” space between tables so you seating almost shoulder to shoulder with complete strangers.

    The food and drinks were spectacular, but the staff was overly stressed and disorganized. Granted it was a busy Friday night, but they should couldn’t wait for us to clear the table. Our main waitress didn’t give us two minutes to look at the menu between asking us if we wanted to order, or order more, or how the food was. The overall demeanor was aggressive bordering on rude. We weren’t served as much as the food was delivered to the table, right on the edge, nearly falling off. I was so excited to share what used to be one of my favorite restaurants with my wife, but was quite disappointed.
