   Went with friends for a pre-show dinner. We were there earlier enough for happy hour so really enjoyed sharing the shishito peppers, crunchy spicy tuna and pork gyoza... along with the a variety of sushi rolls we ordered for ourselves including the Titanic Roll and the Perfect Fantasy Roll.    Great choice for sushi in the Times Square area. The gyoza, particularly, were fantastic. Definitely going to keep this in my rotation for when I'm in New York.

   This was our first time here before going to theatre and we will be back. The general prices are a bit on the high side but given the happy hour menu, there were enough choices supplemented by the regular menu and we were indeed happy. The service was pleasant and attentive and the tables are nicely spaced in a pleasing environment.

    Be very careful with the hostess when she tells you that there are no tables available in a half restaurant and tries to push you to the bar. Trust your eyes and insist on being seated at a table

    We chose RA Sushi on 43rd to celebrate my birthday Wednesday. This location was a place we went to often because of the proximity to my husband’s work on Broadway, and we loved the food. I’d meet him between shows for dinner once a month. We even bring family there when they visit us from out of town. This last visit was so disappointing that my husband no longer wants to return. We sat for 15 minutes before our waitress even greeted us. Then we placed our order, and waited a very long time before we got our appetizer, which came before we even got our drinks. Trying to get anyone’s attention was a frustrating exercise… when it came time for the bill, that also took way too long. Finally, a manager came by and told us that the reason the bill was taking so long was because the computers were down. Very disappointing experience.

    Place was not even full and it took them 45 mins to bring our food. Quality of the food is average and a bit expensive, considering its quality.

    Nice bar for cocktails during Happy Hour, then continued HH menu as well as full menu at our dinner table. All excellent! Will be back! Located in Theatre district so easy walk to theatre.

    Gone with my friend to this restaurant. We othered Sushi & Sashimi for Two, bottle of Sake “Hana Lychee Sake”, Miso Soup. There are selections of wines, Sake, Cocktails & Beer. The food was delicious. Our server was wonderful. Excellent service from the staff. Highly recommended to eat here with family, friends! Plan your reservations early. Will definitely return.     Negative experience. Sushi had bo taste. Maki were not regular size (shrieked). No value for money. Despite of bot being full, they were putting the bill on the table even before the last bite… Never again
