Taste My Aruba is by far the best restaurant on the island . Coming from someone who has visited Aruba for 50 years . The ambiance , courtyard is beautiful. Authentic Aruban food . Wonderful service . The fish is sea to table . Fresh caught daily . They the grouper amberjack- you won’t regret it . Aruban flair. The fish is always prepared perfectly . Try the Sangria , or any drink ! We love the red sangria . The signature dish of lobster or shrimp and black pasta ( squid ink ) was unbelievably delicious. All the appetizers are tasty . The funchi/ poulenta with jelly dipping sauce to start your meal is such a delectible treat to start your meal. Book your reservation when in Aruba . You won’t regret it . Consistently perfect !

By FAR, the best fish dinner we have ever had. The presentation of the food was amazing and the combination of flavors on their shrimp and seafood dish was something out of a Michelin star restaurant. Drinks and appetizers were also beyond expectations. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommend!!!!

This is our second time booking the mixology class at Taste my Aruba. I thought the first time was amazing, which it was, but this time was even more enjoyable. Zulay, a certified mixologist, takes you step by step making 5 top shelf drinks with not only some of the best gin, vodka, and tequila (some infused with blueberries, chili peppers, coffee & vanilla), but also with fresh vegetable and fruit syrups made there. Half way thru, they serve a small plate of tapas as well as a small dinner plate, all of which is amazing and so fresh. This restaurant has been named as I of the top 10 restaurants in the Caribbean. Zulay's assistant mixologist, Blake, was also great. And overseeing all of this is Nathaly, owner, who is a wonderful soul! Their personality and energy literally has everyone laughing and enjoying themselves while learning and having an overall fantastic time. Eating, drinking, even did some dancing. The amount of alcohol that you will consume during this experience will have everyone laughing and dancing. You will meet other strangers/ travelers and leave as friends. Even if you choose only to go for drinks and/or dinner and not for the class, you will thoroughly enjoy yourself. We plan on doing the cooking class next trip.

After more than a year away, returning to Taste My Aruba felt like a joyful reunion with great food and even better company. Catching up with Nathaly, the warm and welcoming owner, made the experience even more special—her passion for local flavors truly shines in every dish. This visit confirmed that the restaurant’s reputation for fresh, expertly prepared seafood is well deserved. The octopus was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The tuna tartare was an absolute standout, boasting a delicate balance of freshness, acidity, and spice that left a lasting impression. Beyond the incredible food, the ambiance remains as inviting as ever. Whether seated in their charming garden setting or enjoying the breeze on the patio, Taste My Aruba continues to offer an experience that feels both intimate and authentically local. What truly sets this restaurant apart, though, is Nathaly herself. Her commitment to hospitality is unmatched—she personally ensures that every guest is well taken care of, creating an atmosphere that feels more like dining with family than just another night out. we love Taste my Aruba from the ambiance to the cocktalils like the Spicy Mojito and the Sangria to the great food like the lobster with squid ink pasta and the mahi-mahi with hot sauce on the side. Glenn, our server made the whole experience very special.
