We made reservations for a table of two on a Tuesday. I chose Tuesday, hoping it would be less busy since the restaurants relieve you. It was still pretty packed for a Tuesday, but nevertheless the service was amazing. We ordered drinks and an appetizer and after a little bit, we ordered our entrées. Everything came out nice and hot and the food was delicious. Our server came around multiple times excellent service!

Feeling a bit strange leaving a less than stellar review as we are such huge Lindey’s fans. Cutting them a little slack because it’s still so new, but here’s the scoop: The restaurant itself is beautiful. They did a great job with the remodel! As many have mentioned, the restaurant is fairly loud which is to be expected based on the layout. What we didn’t account for was how rushed we were by our waitress. We sat down, were given menus, and she came by wanting appetizer selections 3x within the following 5 minutes. There was a group of 4 of us and we all locked eyes after the second and third time, and asked one another if maybe there is an hour time limit to be seated. There is also no bread service - it’s an appetizer option, not the end of the world but the nickel and diming vibe wasn’t expected with this brand. When we told her no appetizers, we were given just a couple more minutes and she wanted dinner orders. Our goal was to catch up with one another while enjoying a great meal but we felt like the restaurant’s goal was to get us out of there. Because of this, we ordered far less food and drink than we originally planned because it was uncomfortable. The waitress stood around and waiting as each person finished their entree to collect the plate. The food was good, not great, which was the consensus of all four meals at our table. To cap things off, the manager stopped by our table and was friendly, but gave us financials on how the restaurant was doing - telling us on Friday they did $35k in sales and Saturday they did $40k, on track for a $1mil month… While happy for Lindey’s owners and staff, it was all just very transactional and strange. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to congratulate him or what. All in all, it’s a beautiful space but there’s lots of room for improvement.

Service, food and ambiance were all 10/10. The restaurant is beautiful and well designed and the moment you walk in the door the service was some of the best in Columbus. Look forward to coming here all of the time

Our appetizers were very good. 2 of our 4 entrees were cold. They returned to the table, wine that we ordered was out. Desserts and coffee was good. Service was a bit slow. Ambience was very nice but it was noisy.

Potential to be great, but still working out the kinks of a new place. Great location and the remodel looks beautiful. Server was very friendly and accommodating. The halibut was delicious. The kinks - The drinks took quite a while and then they were out of ingredients for first cocktail on the list. Tables of both sides of us had their food order come out incorrectly. Our bill had an extra item on it. These things should smooth out over time. Recommend they reduce salt in food by half to let the ingredients shine through more.

The restaurant is beautiful, but very loud. I had the branzino which was in a delicious sauce, but there was so vegetable or starch. I wasn’t told by the server that I had to order sides to go with it. My husband had the lasagna and said it was good. We had ordered an appetizer and salads and we were still waiting for these over 30 minutes and then another server brings our dinners. We never got the rest of our order! I realize this is a new restaurant, but hopefully the service will get better because it needs a lot of help!
