The seafood tower had old shrimp on it, they were slimy & fishy smelling. The raw oysters that are supposed to be put on ice were swimming in water. They were also bad/old tasting. Our waiter didn’t clear a dish all night (unless we asked) so the table was crowded all night. He asked us to remind HIM of the birthday celebration. It took 15 minutes to get water to the table. Food/drinks were brought to the wrong table twice. Not everyone’s main dish came out at the same time so when people were done eating, the others had just started. Tables too close together, was bumping into other parties all night. Such a loud atmosphere, could barely hear the person next to me. It was disclosed no where & our waiter didn’t say that there was a 20% gratuity included on everyone’s check. Only good thing was the decor of the restaurant & the Mac & cheese..

Dining: The raw oysters were great. The mac & cheese was very good. The ribeyes were OK. Good size but not really flavorful. Average. Curly fries that came with the steaks were good. The wedge was OK. Nothing special but but not bad. The jasmine rice was dry. Better when brought home and doctored up. The servers were attentive. One was in training. Sorry we forgot their names. Specialty drinks are inconsistent. Both visits. Roof bar: Great view and atmosphere. Be careful sitting on the swings. One wasn’t holding and someone will hit hard when falling. We told the server. Caroline knocked it out of the park. Attentive and made us laugh. We all enjoyed her and would come back just to talk to her again. Champagne was hot. You should always have cold champagne. It was OK on ice Caroline! Appreciated your southern charm and concern about it. Bounce has definitely made some improvements since the soft opening. Sure hope to see more. We want them to succeed!!

Our server was prompt and efficient. The food was great. The setting was perfect. This is probably the only restaurant we will eat at when we are in Pensacola. As frequent visitors to the area, we will be eating there often

Our food was mostly tasteless and dry. Definitely need some help in the kitchen. Appetizer we got- bang bang shrimp and tuna nachos were good. Main course - grilled mahi dish. Very dry. Fish tacos were okay. Kids loved the cheese pizza. Also got a blackened fish sandwich and blackened seasoning was not great.

This place was fine. It wasn’t anything super special. It was very hot when we were there and it smelled like something burned when we first walked in so we asked to sit outside. The chairs are super comfortable but the table was shower wobbly which was annoying. Service was very slow but I don’t hold our waitress at fault for that. She really was doing the best she could. The cucumber fizz was good. The artichoke with crab was delicious. The Caesar salad and fries were just okay. My friend ordered the shellfish tower which was impressive but the ice melted super fast and left her food swimming. The view is amazing from outside and I was happy the music wasn’t super loud like the other reviews stated. I think this place has potential but needs some fine tuning for sure.

There is promise in this building and with the particular restaurant. First off our server Kamille ----rockstars no critiques whatsoever! Very personable, honest about the menu, beautiful smile. Me and my fam will come back just for her! Food - alot to be imagined - while my mahi tacos were ok they were just that ok. My brother's fried shrimp were tough and I did not get a chance to try my mom and other brother's wings. We did not however come in with high expectations about the food at least I did. Ambiance - its a work in progress I love how they are going for the beachy Hamptons vibe and they have only been open for a few weeks so I was cut them some slack on the overall appearance inside and out. Word of advice to the manager listen to the influential locals - this is the third restaurant that has been in this location and currently I don't have hope Bounce beach will be here come fall. Throw every idea at the wall and see what sticks. Also do not play around with the sound system during business hours those scratches and loud thumps aren't conducive to someone who has PTSD due to wartime military experience. Wishing yall all the luck!

We did not order food. We had a resv and were seated about 10 min resv time. I was ok with that, due being new and busy. They were under staffed and it took over 25 min for someone to take a drink order. We had to go ask for service to get any. We ended up leaving after they told us it would be 45 min to an hour after ordering to get food. I believe it’s just that they are brand new and were not expecting the boom they got 3 weeks in.

Host was not very friendly to start our experience. Manager was very nice and came up to introduce himself and let us know what they were about. He did ask for an honest review after our experience. Host took us to table without talking to us, she then left all glasses and silverware for 6 people on the table even though we had 3. The server that greeted us was nice and helpful. There was still food from previous guests under table. They did not have any kids menus so we had to have the server name off what they had. We order some appetizers and mahi tacos so we could sample a couple things, we also order a kids burger. Bang bang shrimp was good 4/5 however if you don’t care for spicy I wouldn’t get this. Spin dip was 2/5 with a bland taste and layer of cheese on top that made it hard to use chips. Mahi tacos were also 2/5 as the fish was so bland I could only taste grill. They did have curly fries with my daughters burger that were pretty good 4/5. There was also an amount l trash on the floor around the ball pit area.
