The destination for martinis. The Mercer has developed a world class program where Martinis are tailored to each guest’s preference, in a sophisticated atmosphere. Complimenting that will be an American Bistro menu with classic timeless dishes. Guests can begin with an icy cold martini and items from the fresh raw bar featuring oysters, seafood platters, sushi hand rolls and of course caviar.

Guests can also share our house made Pigs-in-a- Blanket made from heritage beef encased in our flaky pastry dough. Main offerings range from elevated sandwiches featuring a Lobster Roll Sandwich topped with Caviar, a classic French Dip made from house-roasted Prime Rib, and a signature Dry-aged Burger made with Pat La Frieda beef from NYC. The Mercer also has house made pasta features, seafood, steaks, chops and more.

After dinner service, The Mercer transforms into a cocktail lounge with upbeat music, a specialty dessert program, imaginative cocktails, and live entertainment on the weekends.

Wow…just wow! First the place is gorgeous and the service is incredible. We had Miles make us some of the best martinis I have ever had and ciao served us and gave us great recommendations. Always get the lobster rolls and cheesecake! The music and vibe was the best in Phoenix. I could have stayed there all night

Fantastic upgrade to the Merc Bar! I can’t say enough about the food and the cocktails! The Maid, the bourbon old fashioned, and the French 76 were absolutely perfect. We started with the spicy tuna and lobster hand rolls and the hamachi crudo which were all amazing. The chopped wedge was also delicious but the dressing tasted more like green goddess. The branzino was boned and huge…also delicious. The rib eye was the special…cooked perfectly and flavorful. Our server, Jeremy, was attentive and gracious. He recommended the cheesecake for dessert which was made in-house. It was dense and the best I’ve had in a very long time. We will definitely be going back!

Great experience at the Mercer at the Esplanade. Seated (w/reservation) right away. Rye Manhattan was really smooth. Food was delicious - ordered the shrimp cocktail (five shrimp) as a starter, then the lettuce wedge (shredded lettuce / bacon / tomato) with light blue cheese that was really well balanced and not swimming in dressing. Filet was like butter, perfectly cooked. I never order dessert, but cheesecake was recommended - was glad I did. Great way to end the meal. Thank you.

Great new spot in phoenix!! And can these people make a martini!! Service was excellent, food was great. The hamachi crudo is a must. We will be coming back here a lot!

Had a great experience! At the very least come for a martini and the lobster rolls, they were fantastic! My wife and the salmon and I had the NY strip, both amazing. Really enjoyed the dark moody vibe, will be back!

Sat at the bar and had a fantastic experience. Food was great. Cocktails were fantastic. Especially the martinis. And the service was amazing. Kudos to both bartenders for great hospitality and great conversation.

This restaurant just opened and still has some work to do, especially in the area of service. they also need to fill in some missing pieces for glassware and silverware etc. however, the food is EXCELLENT and the menu offers a lot of options from light fare to prime rib (which was wonderful) It is very noisy with loud music and no quiet table options. an early reservation is recommended if you want fairly quiet. The bar is busy Definitely will return as they iron out some of the wrinkles, especially the servers.

Salmon sub par but everything else was delicious. It was my 2nd time there but I’d go back. The food is unique and the drinks are as well.
