The only thing better than the food was the experience. Everything seemed thought out, down to the smallest detail. I will 100% be dining there again!

Came to Flóga for the soft opening and came back again today after a couple weeks. Much improvement! It’s safe to say they are here to stay! My date and I had the Paella, steak, and papardelle pasta. Full of flavor and a nice portion too! The staff made us feel very welcomed. The GM, Diamond is great, she made sure to come over to make sure we were having a great time. Our server Natalie, was great as well!! Will return.

Overall, my experience was good but not exceptional. I think the service could have been a little stronger and it felt like our waiter was either new or not as confident when serving us. Which, that’s okay honestly. The food was also good but didn’t leave a lasting impression. I understand that the restaurant is new, and there will be kinks to work out, but as someone opening a new business myself, some of the kinks should be worked out. Also, to management, the candles should not be burning near the paper towels… that is an easy fire hazard! I would not return as I live in Los Angeles and the experience just was not memorable enough. If you are reading this, give the restaurant maybe 2 or 3 months to get everything together and then give it a try.

The new owners have put a lot of effort into making this new and different. The menu was not for me, but could be for many others.

The servers we’re very nice but poorly trained. They did not have a wine list nor did the waiter know the information of what wines were available or the price. It took 45 minutes to get our drinks. The food was not impressive, especially for a place who is promoting themselves as upscale . It was a disappointment.

This restaurant is new and still has a lot to learn. The food and drink menu needs to be tweaked, and the music coming through the speakers needs to be lowered!

Flóga in Roswell is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the stunning ambience and lively yet relaxing vibes. The live music every night adds such a magical touch—it truly sets the tone for a perfect evening. We were greeted with complimentary prosecco and enjoyed free valet service, which made the start of our evening feel so thoughtful and elevated. Every little detail was curated to make the experience special, and it showed. Diamond, the general manager, and Sulli, our waitress, went above and beyond to make sure our date night was unforgettable. They accommodated every request with a smile, even helping with a surprise and a special song request. The complimentary bread and amuse bouche were delightful starters, and the drinks were top-notch. Even the sparkling water was memorable! We ordered the Forest Mushroom, Porchetta, and Lamb Pasta—all beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. This was more than just a dinner—it was an experience. Flóga has quickly become one of my favorite places in Roswell, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable night out with great food, great service, and incredible atmosphere.

This place recently opened and my wife and I had to try (we are Roswell foodies). Valets offered us prosecco while taking our car (nice touch). Our dinner was average as the Shish was over seasoned and the Sea bass was under cooked. We had unusual sticker shock as $500 gets you so much more with the restaurants down the street. After further inspection of the bill, they charged us $132 for 6 “East coast” oysters. There are some phenomenal oysters out there (Coffin Bay King oyster or Gillardeau oysters) that are $20 an oyster, but selling East coast for that price was surprising. I would highly recommend you confirm the MP costs before indulging at Floga and maybe sticking to Zest, Little Alley or Hugo’s for your oysters. UPDATE: Their GM (Diamond) personally called me to understand what happened and how they can continuously improve their service. There were several points of failure that she will address all of which can be easily implemented. For the record, for my part I should have just called over a manger on the spot. She promptly identified the over charge on my bill and refunded my card. I want to leave this review up as a reminder that it takes courage to do the right thing and we can all continuously improve. Diamond & Floga have demonstrated to us that they care about their customers and value our business. I updated overall from 2 to 4-stars and value from 1 to 3 stars. Leaves room for 5-stars on our next visit :)
