                        We went here for dinner, and for the moment we walked in and every step of the way the service was above and beyond. I had indicated it was my wife’s birthday, and everybody wished her happy birthday, which was amazing. The food, especially the seafood tower was spectacular and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special celebration.

                        Let’s start with the bar. Our bartender Aniya was excellent.  our martinis and the Cosmo were perfectly crafted. We almost changed our reservation to eat at the bar because the vibe was so lively and Aniya was so much fun. They showed us to a table in the smaller of the two dining rooms, which was perfect for us because a noisy room makes it difficult to have conversation. The room was cozy and had a great view of the wine cellar. We totally over ordered. Portions are generous. There were four of us and we ordered two salads (which they they offered to split for us) two appetizers, two entrées and two side dishes. The crab fried rice was extraordinary. When I went home after the meal, I tried to find a uTube video on how it’s made at Eddie Vs. I’m going to try to make it at home. The bone in ribeye was flavorful and perfectly cooked. We also ordered the fillet paired with the lobster tails. Juicy and succulent. The mashed potatoes were great. The salads were well dressed and absolutely fresh. We ended up taking home the equivalent of two meals because we totally over ordered. Given the quality of the food and the amazing service we had at both the bar and at our table, I can enthusiastically say that we will be back. The manager and our bartender checked in on us during our meal to make sure that everything was going well. Our amazing waitress thoughtfully brought us a dessert as we were celebrating our anniversary. I would say their service was above and beyond. This is a great place to celebrate a special occasion or to go out with good friends for an excellent meal.

                        It was our first time there. The foods were amazing so is the cocktails. We order the oysters , Tuna , and Squid for appetizers, then Sea bass, lamb chop and steak with lobster for entree’s and our son has a kid menu. Our server name Sophia, she was very friendly and check up on us a through the night. We would definitely returning to this location since it closer to us. Thank you for an amazing dinner and our dad birthday dinner.

                        My friends and I really enjoyed happy hour at Eddie V’s lounge. We also ordered from main menu. The lamb chops were delicious, the lobster frites were good too. I enjoyed a delicious cosmopolitan as well. We were treated to a delicious birthday dessert plate! In addition to that, there was a great live group performing some great songs! They sounded great and even though there was a lot of chatter, we were still able to enjoy their performance. All in all a great night!

                        Where do I begin? Cocktails were just ok. Then i asked for a ginger ale. 20 minutes later, I am told “none left in the house”….none left???? Dinner took unusually long to be served. Then the two dinners filet medallions…decent size….overcooked on top…not even warm when served. We sent one back. When it came back with the “bernaise sauce” the sauce was “cool”. We were told “cant be warm/hot or “egg base .would break”…..that is totally inaccurate to be told that….by the server who brought out the replacement steak.. Now…they took this off our bill. We did not want or expect that. We wanted a warm edible meal. It is annoying for us when a restaurant believes removing the cost…remioves the bad experience. Then…desert…a banana foster concoction….less than interesting. Suffice it to say. This was very disappointing for what is also a very high priced restaurant. We have visited an Eddies in San Diego…and did not have that kind of experience. (Btw….I regularly rate and comment on restaurant experiences…but had to with this one) (Also…forgot…when asking for decaf coffee the waitresses said “none left”. She put water in wxpresso and served it!!??? Duh!!!

                        The food was outstanding and the staff really tried to make everything great. I think they just need a little more time to have everything running smoothly. We did have a few issues with our table and the timing of food but as I said...they did everything to try to make it right. We will definitely be returning.
