   The food is very good and the service is attentive. The pricing, however, varies. What's on the regular menu is fair but the many specials are very pricey with many at $48.00! And the caesar salad at $18.95 is on the meager side given the portion.

   We both loved it. Great food and great service. And quiet enough to have a conversation easily. We will be back

   Linen, fresh roses, attentive service, delicious food. Who could ask for more on a Mother's Day Sunday lunch. The branzino was delicious, cocktails were solid, but the standouts were the desserts! Strongly recommend this classic neighborhood Italian restaurant.

   We came here for brunch before visiting the Guggenheim. The menu selections were varied and we were both able to find something to enjoy.

   Another spectacular meal at Lex Restaurant!!! My out-of-town guest and I shared an excellent calamari appetizer and then were treated to scrumptious entrees: the special veal parmesan crusted veal scallopini was over-the-top excellent and his chicken parmesan/pasta entrees was perfectly prepared. Along with a nice cocktail to start, a great wine recommendation (try the chianti) and personalized friendly service from our thumbs-up server, the meal could not have been better. My guest was raving about this neighborhood gem!
