Saturday early afternoon brunch for 2 -- the beautiful (very!) restaurant was quiet and uncrowded. Our server Ana was wonderful. Fabulous pisco sours. There is some overlap between the 3-course prix fixed brunch & regular menus-- Ana explained it well & we both ordered from the brunch menu. The full menu is quite interesting-- will come back to sample ceviches & more... The croquetas & panko shrimp 1st courses were delicious. The croquetas came with a blueberry-tinged aoili & avocado cream-- perfect. The fried shrimp was delicious (amazing zippy remoulade- ish sauce) except the piles of whipped potatoes on which they sat were fridge-cold & stiff-- seemingly yesterday's -- an unfortunate distraction. Mains were outstanding-- the lechon pork belly hash & chicken crepes were ample & satisfying. Desserts were also fantastic-- Ana recommended the suspiro limeño custard which was phenomenal, as was the ice cream on brownie with amazing crunchy crumble. All in all an outstanding brunch with many temptations to return for.

Pisco y Nazca in Bethesda delivers an outstanding Peruvian dining experience that’s both flavorful and vibrant. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is lively — it’s easy to see why it gets so busy. If you’re planning a visit (especially on weekends), make a reservation. The empanadas are a must-try — crispy on the outside and packed with flavor. The Papa a la huancaína is rich and creamy, a classic that’s done right. For mains, the lomo saltado is a standout — tender beef with bold, savory seasoning — and the bistec a lo pobre is hearty and satisfying, especially if you’re craving something filling. Don’t forget to order an Inka Kola for a sweet, nostalgic complement to your meal. The service was excellent, and a special shout-out to Andres for being friendly and attentive and making the experience even better. I highly recommend it for fans of Peruvian cuisine or anyone looking for a great night out with amazing food.

A friend and I ordered 3 appetizers and dessert which was plenty of food for us. It's a bit pricey (especially if you add a drink - their pisco sour is really good - but worth it.

Pisco and Nazca is a fantastic addition to Bethesda. It has a gorgeous vibe of being the cool, hip place for those who want an elegant evening out, those who want to sit at a beautiful bar, and those who want to bring their young families. Indoor and outdoor seating. We sat in the back of the restaurant where there are booths which really have an impact on being able to hear your dining partners. The food is wonderful. Samplers of the causa (potatoes) and ceviche make for delicious shareables. Then for dinner, we also took advantage of the Chaufa Mixto (fried rice with seafood) and the Planta Antecuchera Mixto. Those four dishes were perfect for a party of four. Shoutout to our wonderful server Paula who walked us through the menu and made sure our dining experience was wonderful. Incredible place.

The air conditioning was not working in the room we were in, but was working in the other one. It was not that hot outside. There was a guy working on it while we were there, but our waitress said the A/C wasn’t broken? It was so hot & stuffy. Anyway, the food was just ok. Not a lot of flavor & everything came out within minutes of us ordering. Made us few like it was all premade. Our waitress was nice, but we were turned off by her giving us a card & asking us to write a review for her. Felt very much like a chain restaurant, which we did not know it was when we booked it. Won’t go back.

We had an excellent family dinner with my adult children and three-month-old baby. The service was very welcoming, warm and thoughtful. They were crazy about the ceviche!
