   Lugar muy frío de ambiente, no había carne ni Rib Eye ni New York no había para comer, no había café descafeinado, las mesas no están presentadas ni montadas, les hace falta mantel para hacer un lugar más nice, los precios excesivos, un Rib Eye en $ 98.00 dls ni en Houston ni en Dallas en mucho mejores restaurantes están a ese precio, si no mejoran esos detalles no le veo mucho futuro

   We had very high expectations for this place. But we got flies in our table, mini flavorless oysters, mini scallops, Mac and cheeses and Risotto needed seasons so bad! Steak was just ok. Then a pair of flies even when we reported it to the restaurant they didn’t do anything! Overall not a place I’m looking to be back.

   We chose to celebrate our anniversary at the new restaurant in town. From beginning to end our experience was superb. The restaurant offers a perfect blend of taste and ambience. Our server Alfonso was knowledgeable and friendly, guiding us through the menu and offered great suggestions. The excellent service made the evening special. Our compliments to the chef. Every dish was presented beautifully and was wonderfully flavorful. Additionally, the cocktail menu did not disappoint- creative and delicious. Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful evening and will be returning soon. We are also looking forward to trying other dishes that caught our eye.

   Noble lived up to my expectations. Our group sampled oysters, NY Strip, sea bass, lamb chops, crab cakes, and artichokes. Everything was delicious. If you love oysters you will love Noble. Laredo has never seen such a diverse selection from the north east served with four sauces including my favorite, a sweet citrusy grapefruit granita. The crab cakes were really crab cakes. No fillers - just sweet chunks of crab. I did sneak a bite of Rick's sea bass which had a lovely crust and was served with creamy risotto. The steak was top notch, crusty, and a warm medium rare. The three layer (maybe it was four) pistachio cake was a sweet ending. The service also deserves props. They were on top of any request.

   Por fin un lugar con un concepto y comida diferente en Laredo, excelente calidad de alimentos, buena presentación y el servicio impecable.

   Love the decor and vibe of this brand new spot in Laredo! Each dining space feels intimate and the service was attentive, without feeling overbearing. The oysters were briny and fresh, with four condiments including a grapefruit granita. The grilled Caesar salad was packed with Unami flavor from the dressing and whole anchovy served on top, and the NY Strip was cooked to perfection on their kitchen showpiece, the Josper Grill!

    I highly recommend Noble to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Laredo. The combination of beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional service makes it a must-visit!
