   I had a reservation at 6:15, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. We waited for over 20 minutes without anyone approaching our table—no greeting, no water, not even an acknowledgment from the staff. This level of service is unacceptable, especially with a confirmed reservation. We ended up leaving without being served and will not be returning. I hope this feedback encourages your team to improve the guest experience moving forward.

   Service was great. Made a reservation got in quickly didn’t seem too busy until after we sat down. Sides come on the side and small portions. However, overall good experience for Mothers Day Dinner!

   Had a reservation got there 1225 reservation was for 1230 had to wait 10 minutes of two party’s that had called on the phone 20 minutes earlier. Got seated and the first thing we notice was the flies all over the window we were seated next to the outside patio. After we were seated down we were told since we’re having the buffet we need wristbands and that was another 10 minutes before our waiter showed up. When he finally showed up was told buffet would be over at 1pm on Mother’s Day. Maybe my fault for thinking it was a special day and would until 2pm like Easter. Paid for mimosas, but was told it was only until 2pm it was far and few visits to the table to ref refill our orders. We paid $25 a person to only get 4 half full glasses. For next time if we make the trip from Temecula we’ll just order from the menu. for $50 a person and additional $25 a person from mimosas it’s not worth it. The only thing that was really good was the tri-tip everything else tasted old and sitting out for hours.

   Well Seasoned food, and our server was phenomenal. The bottomless mimosas was great the prices are very reasonable.

   My bartender Erin was amazing; she made the best drinks and provided excellent customer service. Cairo was our server; he was informative about the menu and had great energy. The food was delicious, with the meat being flavorful and tender!

   Overall a decent BBQ but nothing spectacular from what I ordered. I would go back but try some different things that mainly focus on the BBQ rather than the other cuisines, they try to mix in there. I ordered the brisket along with the beef rib tacos. The brisket was well cooked very tender and moist! However, the beef rib tacos had some sort of sliced beef which was very chewy and tough. It comes with two tacos and tallow fries, I couldn’t really finish due to the toughness as well as the fries tasting a little stale and cold. My friend ordered the beef brisket Birria tacos, which she said were good however they didn’t beat true authentic Birria tacos. I’d give this place a second chance trying the regular beef ribs.
