Great food. Waitress was a bit slow but nice. The booths need to be one table. Felt odd with two separate tables. The Chef’s table sampler was great was a great way to test out the food. Looking forward to another visit for entrees.

I’d suggest going during the weekend. My week day experience was very lacking. They closed earlier than stated for their open hours. I would have chosen a different location had I known we would be told they were closing 30 mins early due to slow turn out. We were a party of 10 celebrating an occasion. The men’s bathroom was very dirty. There were several food options unavailable to us on a Monday due to their busy weekend which horribly shifted our experience. The food ordered was pretty good. Due to them closing early we weren’t offered any drink refills.

Went to celebrate a birthday, place is beautiful however they didn’t have any brisket and that’s what I had heard sooo much about … a little disappointing

We made a reservation for my son's graduation lunner on 6/17 at 2:30pm. It was the absolute perfect time to go there as it was an in between time and there were only 2 other tables and a couple people at the bar. Our server Emma took great care of us. She made all the right suggestions and the recommendations. The food was excellent and the drinks were on point. It's too bad that we don't have an 'Oak and Ember' near us, cause I'd frequent this place monthly EASILY! Ask for the SECRET MENU PLATTER, which is actually NOT so secret. This sample platter is the best sized sample platter I've ever had in that each item with the amount given, could've been a meal. Bone in Ribs, brisket, tri tip, and 2 types of chicken and comes with sides... absolutely worth the $150. Their wings were excellent and their sliders were delicious. Two thumbs up from all 10 people in our party! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!

It’s been a couple months since our last time here and things haven’t changed. Recap; the ambiance and decor is top notch. Kudos to the designer. The tri tip was excellent. The side dishes were loaded with either trans fats or bad oil (Brussels sprouts). The main point here is the awful and lackadaisical service from the waitress. I’d figured by now this place would correct the service and do some re-training but no I suppose the owners just don’t care or are being told something else. Read the reviews from other patrons. For lunch it was dead. The way things are going here’s sadly they’ll be out of business by Q4. I hope not because the food is generally very good barring the side dish that I mentioned.

Not sure what happened but there was only one waitress helping the entire restaurant. And I wonder if she was also cooking because she would disappear to the kitchen between running the tables. She was very kind and apologetic for the way and did the best she could under the circumstance. Not sure that I’d try this again though.

Upon arrival to the restaurant, we noticed many empty dirty tables that weren’t being bussed as well as tables of disgruntled patrons with drinks and no food. A lot of people were leaving after not being served or attended to. I was notified of my table being ready 30 minutes after my reservation, only to be told that the kitchen was so backed up that we would most likely be served 1 1/2 hours after being seated. It was disappointing because we had a later reservation in an area where everything closes at 9:30 so that left us scrambling in search of another restaurant to have dinner at. They should have been better prepared for Father’s Day.

The food and staff were great!! A couple more sides would be great! However they do advertise as a meat buffet so they’re accurate. There were 4 of us and the guys got their moneys worth. We will definitely be going back. I was craving their food today!
